I came into the store with a simple return with my package, packed and ready and the lady with the short gray hair gave me such a bad attitude and she was yelling at me that I had the wrong place but my return was for ups all she had to do was scan the QR code and she made a big deal over nothing as if she hates her job and gave me so much attitude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here !!!

Wonderful experience. I had a very large ,heavy, bulky package to return. My granddaughter and I could not manage to carry it into the store. Voila they had a hand truck. The clerical help was very very helpful.

Great store, with great people. Always ready to help with any questions and concerns and fun to just chat with. And, if I have any concerns, they are quick to answer it for me. Highly recommend.

I always use this store for returns and they always treat me well, except when the chubby Asian is there, he is a very rude and hateful person, when he is there I prefer not to go in, apart from being like that with the customer today I witnessed How he spoke badly to an employee. They really should remove this person. People who are not educated or courteous should not work in public!

The people who work there are so rude. You walk in and they ignore you and keep doing what they are doing. They really need to work on their costumer services skills. The shop was empty when I walked in.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE! THEY SOLD ME NEXT DAY SHIPPING, THEY DON'T GUARANTEE YOU, IT HAD TO ARRIVE TODAY! Because tomorrow I will go on a trip, and it is shocking that I will lose my trip and my NETX DAY guarantee IS NO WORK! And now they just told me that this DOES NOT GUARANTEE the arrival of the next day, it was sent yesterday (Friday) and today is Saturday, it is supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Why sell a NETX DAY IF THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL ARRIVE! I will miss my trip, and they don't even take responsibility for the poor work of their workers. They did not send the package on time, that's why THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE! USPS DEFINITELY SERVE MORE THAN THIS STORE! My brother-in-law sent some medicines with NETX day yesterday and it just arrived! Shipping in the afternoon 3:00pm! While my documents that were sent yesterday before noon, did not arrive today! The manager KERY just spoke to me and told me that it was not his problem that I did not have my trip, since THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE A NETX DAY!They will not refund my money, nor will they be responsible for my lost trip. My family and I will lose the tickets, because they will not leave without me, especially my daughters.

My package was never delivered to my address in Miami from this store , they never notified me of anything not even a tracking number. I called SEVERAL times about my package no one ever got back to me. I had to find someone willing to go in person to ask about my package and the only thing they continuously repeated is that they aren't giving me a refund. The young boy working there today 12/08 was unhelpful as he kept repeating this isn't his problem. I should also note that NO ONE has called me back or offered any sort of assistance. If y'all lose my package I will absolutely be taking legal action . We'll see if it's not yall problem.

Do not use UPS if you can avoid.Do not use the UPS Store in Union, NJ.They cannot be trusted with important documents/packages!PS they won't let you post without stars-should be negative stars.I HAVE CALLED THE STORE IT GOES TO VOICEMAIL AND NO ONE RETURNS THE CALL-I EVEN WENT IN PERSON -SORRY BUT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT UPS OR THE STORE!

There was a younger gentleman who was being helpful at first but when the older lady took over, she made it confusing, complicated and an unfriendly experience.
