Worst customer service ever, I literally just watched a staff yelled at a customer with language barrier instead of trying to understand his needs and assist him the best possible way. I am going to do my best to get her name and post it in this review in future. I live in Vauxhall , and this USPS staffs are always so rude , on the phone , literally no common sense of what customer service really is . This is the reason Donald Trump is looking to get them into the private sector , which is what these staffs really needs . I don’t think there is a manager that pays attention to all of this horrible negative reviews. They lack discipline
So sad .

Worse place ever, every one that work there make their own rule, I went there to today for a money order I was told that I can't use cash, only card which is news to me, then she had the nerve to send me to another post office telling me what time they close. Lazy people that don't want to do their job. I have been there multiple times and I use cash never had a problem.

Both of the women working on 8/9/2024 at closing, were extremely unprofessional, the older one was in the back cursing during a phone call, like no one was around. The younger one was on the register and talking on the phone to her friend about opening a business. I couldn’t believe it. Neither one conducted themselves like they were at work. Once I was done with my transaction, she mumbled “tracking number at the top” with no eye contact, and while walking away. Good thing I heard her. Never coming back to this location. The lobby is a mess and everything is also out of stock.

For being a state service the customer service is terrible. I needed help finding a lost package and the employee showed no interest in helping out and had a rude attitude.

I came at 1:18pm and it’s now 2:17pm still I am waiting and the door is still closed. This is NOT acceptable!!!! The least you can do is put a time when you will be done with your lunch break!!!!!! This is unprofessional!!!

I got here around 1:50PM 12/23/22 to mail some packages before the holiday weekend. There was a sign that said closed for lunch so I decided to wait—I was in no rush. However, at 3PM I’m still waiting with no return in sight and they close at 5PM. This is so unfortunate as I come here often with no issue. It would have been nice to have a return time on the sign than to just have people waiting with bad weather and the holidays coming. I do a lot of business here and this is disappointing.

Packed handed over to the agent on Monday. Not processed until Friday. Went back to USPS. Status does not reflect. Package Misplaced. Worst USPS service.

Went to this location last week to mail products for my business. As a small business owner I am constantly in the post office and I definitely will make this my permanent mailing location moving forward!

Just like the Maplewood location very rude and they get upset when I mail certified letters! I was told many times I they are busy to do my certified letters. Ridiculous they offer a service and get upset to do it. I understand certified letters can take time but it is something that I have to do for business purposes and to be turned down or given an attitude is just uncalled for!

I rented a P.O. Box here and the customer service was terrible. Apparently, it bothered the man who helped me that I did it online. He was very uncooperative when I asked if I could have box that was not on the last row, literally on the floor. He said it couldn't be changed because I ordered it online. After an email and a phone call to the USPS, I find out that all I had to do was fill out a customer transfer form. The man was deliberately unhelpful and uncooperative.
