This is the 4th time I’ve gotten a pedicure here, and every SINGLE time they’ve made me bleed. I’ve been coming back because they’re reasonably priced and very close to home, but this time I was shocked to find that blood had soaked through my sock by the time I’d gotten home. I won’t be back

Violet Nail Salon has been getting a lot of buzz lately, but honestly, I didn’t find it worth the hype. The nail tech who seems to be popular among clients for her work just didn’t impress me. She decided to do poly gel nails on me even though I requested for acrylic powder, but unfortunately, they started coming off just a week later, which is pretty disappointing given the price and expectations. It felt like she rushed through the process, and the quality simply didn't match the reputation she’s built.
To make matters worse, she didn’t follow the specific design I requested, which was frustrating because I thought I communicated clearly. On top of everything, she showed up extremely late for my appointment, which already put me in a bad mood before she even started working on my nails. Overall, my experience left me feeling underwhelmed, and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon there are definitely better options out there that respect their clients’ time and deliver on quality.

As a service provider, this place can really use some better customer service skills. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, pedicure was perfect. Now when it was time for my nails I sat at table 3 I never asked for a fill in, I just assumed they would know to remove the old nails, She finally came to realization that she should remove my old acrylic nails once they realized they didnt have the same color acrylic on my nail. I made no big deal about it, still I sat patiently & explained it wasnt a problem. I actually only cared for the shaping of my nails. I asked for short nails & one stiletto on the pinky. I am a hairstylist & Use the stiletto nail for stitch braids . The lady cut up my nails tried to paint over it and didnt even give the shape i liked. Im so frustrated because I am so easy going & Now i see why people come into the nail salons being rude and bossy because when your too nice they do whatever they want. I explained i would like my nails sharp & I kept telling her it wasnt the same as the picture. Im just frustrated because I still tipped and just went about my business because the service was done. Please Pay better attention to clients & TALK TO THEM COMMUNICATE , ask questions because its so frustrating how a 16 year old AT HOME DOES nails better and pay way more attention. Now I see why everyone stopped supporting the shops and stick the the home based girlies {pink french done by 16 year old home based} (blue french done by “professional at violet’s)

I got there at 3:45 p.m. and asked for a basic manicure and buffing and dip to be removed I didn't leave until 5:00 p.m. and the manicure wasn't complete but I had to leave. It shouldn't take over an hour to take off dip and do a simple manicure with buffing. And when I asked for buffing when I first walked in she said okay. But when I sat down and they got to the buffing point the technician said that they don't do buffing. I am disappointed that I had to leave without getting my manicure completed. And I sat down immediately there was no wait time. And the basic manager was $20 and $5 to remove the dip. $20 is a lot just to have a basic manicure and buffing.

Violet nails is one of the best in the area. My nail tech Amy is awesome, she is very creative and provides top tier services. I been going to this salon for over 10 years and I never had any problems. I will definitely recommend Violet nails to anyone around the area.

usually go to this place but done by one of the ladies done on the left side when you enter but the guy on the right has done them this time and they have already fallen off in less than a week. one fell off the next day and the rest has been falling, not even doing anything harsh you can tell they were about to fall off by lifting it
