Went through the pharmacy drive-thru only to receive a hard time from two very unprofessional pharmacy “techs”. They were extremely rude and “ghetto”. Will definitely be my last time going there.

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I came here because CVS stinks and now this Walgreens is worse. Ever since Crystal, the old pharmacist in charge left, this place has fallen apart big time including sending you prescriptions that are not yours!!! That's serious!!!

I went to pick up a photo order but I had ordered too many so told them that I wanted to take some out. The manager Gregory E said you can take a couple of them out njt not all of them. Anyway, I finally decided on 19 photos I wanted to keep and asked him if he could put the others on hold until tomorrow in case I decide to purchase the rest of them. Originally he said ok as long as I pay for the ones I’m keeping and I said that’s fine. Then I made the purchase of the 19 photos, he said no I’m getting rid of them right now. And he purposely went over to the trash to trash then and made me wait 20 mins while he was doing that to purchase two other photos I had printed in a separate order.. he lied about being saving them until tomorrow if I decided on them and purposely went to trash then and made me wait there for 20 mins. What a nasty disrespectful manager! Will never shop at this location again. Disgusting! Usually the people who had worked here in the past were so nice but this man should be fired!

Worst pharmacy ever. You have to call multiple times a week for a ready date because it always changes and then you show up and it's still not ready. I keep telling my mom to change pharmacies but she won't listen.

I been coming to this location for 17yrs and never had a issue. Today I was getting a few things and I hear one of the workers a short chubby female using the four letter word, so I went up to her told her she shouldn't use that language and told me she wasn't talking to me and I told said it doesn't matter you shouldn't talk like that there kids around, so she told me to mind my own business so I told the manager and she told me if she was talking to and i said it doesn't matter she gave a stupid look and walk away...the two other customers told me to write a review so here it is

Went here twice to do a same day pickup for a poster board and prints, and for both pick up it took way longer than expected. Pick up said it would be done within the hour but I knew that it would take longer than that but I placed the order at 12pm and when I called they said it’ll be done by 5pm. Got there at 5:15pm and still the order wasn’t even started yet. Very disappointed. They shouldn’t give a time on the order on when it’ll be ready if they can’t promise that. Never going back to this Walgreens again, I would rather drive an extra 15 mins to another Walgreens.

The worst Walgreens that could possibly ever exist. Worst customer service. Never have things in order. They tell you one thing, and when you’re in the pharmacy, it’s another story. Last time I will ever drop off a prescription or make a purchase at this location.

We were graced to meet a manager named Jasmine at this Walgreen's i Union,N.J. It was a busy store on Christmas Eve. When presented with my problem,this polite young lady was eager to assist with accessing the balance on a giftcard.She was unharried and resolved my issue and others' issues efficiently.Her calm,patient&courteous attitude made a customer feel appreciated. I would like to express my gratitude and make note of Jasmine's excellent customer service skills and managerial acumen. Thank you, young lady. You are the best aspect of Walgreen's.

I have beeb coming to this store for years. they've gotten worse over the years. unfortunately CVS is worse so not much of a choice. No matter what time day/night there's a line to p/u prescription. it's so annoying. I mean hire more people. There should not be a line down to the ice cream isle. Managers walk back & forth, see the line & care less.

Worst experience ever. And not to even get started on the attitude that (not the pharmacist) but the assistants and technician have. Would’ve never came to this one to drop my scripts if i knew it was this bad. Now they have my prescriptions and i’m on day 3 of trying to pick it up while in excruciating pain.

I will be moving my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Again today, I dropped my prescription off about 3pm at the drive up window and was told to wait for a text. Just like the previous time, over 4 hours has passed and I did not get a text. Like before, I came back to the window to find out my prescription was not submitted to be filled.About 7:30 pm tonight, I am being told the pharmacist is on break and I have to wait for them to call me.I understand the pharmacy is busy, but each time I waited a considerable amount of time before coming back. I am done with this treatment and moving my prescriptions to CVS.

As I wait in the pharmacy line with 12 YES 12 other customers, I'm writing this review. It is 643pm so the pharmacist is not on lunch. The drive up has about 6 cars that why I came in. I've been coming here for 15 years and I have NEVER seen it this bad, no matter what time I come to the pharmacy. Ever since they changed hours it has gotten worst! The Lines are ALWAYS long in the pharmacy. I'm very DISAPPOINTED. The line is going faster now because they just came on the loud speaker and said I SEE 3 IN PHARMACY.They have someone else working the register. They should have been did that.Please do better WALGREENS pharmacy
