This place is a listeria, salmonella, E. coli outbreak waiting to happen! Came here Sunday night, 12/21, & watched the young lady & her male colleague make 4 sandwiches & 3 orders of fries & not change their gloves ONCE! They both touched bacon, deli meat, lettuce etc. & used the same gloved-hands & grabbed the fries & put them in the fries containers for pickup. Are tongs not provided??? Shouldn’t gloves be changed after every sandwich that’s prepared? LAZY & NASTY!

We ordered a buffalo chicken salad club sandwich online and picked it up. A young guy working the counter at 7pm on 11/16 made the sandwich with just bread, lettuce and buffalo sauce without any other ingredients and gave it to us which we noticed once we got home. My husband took the sandwich back so he can make a proper sandwich, Pedro was somehow surprised and did not apologize for his mistake. This time around he left out all the sauces including the buffalo sauce which is the key ingredient for BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH. Please stop hiring people that don’t care for their jobs and have no kind of customer service skills.

I’m not sure who is in the back and cannot follow a simple print slip, but a buffalo chicken wrap with no buffalo sauce is diabolical! Two time in a row this location does not know how to follow the order.

Card got skimmed. I have not used this card anywhere else except this gas station for gas for a trip i was on. I havent bought anything online, anything like that.

No OK and Unfriendly Wawa. Honestly, I’m surprised how it has 3.8 stars as of August 2025. I ordered burritos — they were bland and tasteless. The atmosphere and crowd weren’t very comfortable either. The only positive thing is the nice, new hotel located right next to it. I guess that’s what keeps the rating up. For me, it’s a solid 2 stars at most.

They didn’t pack four of my items i ordered through Uber Eats.some was missing four not one of my items! Unacceptable also Driver says they were rude to her when she asked that they please tape the bag closed.

Its such a shame that young people with no real desire to work are running this establishment. I asked the sandwich girl named Hannah if she could please cut the onions a little before putting them on my sandwich.
She turned around sharply with her face twisted up. She looked over her shoulder and repeated my request to another young lady. This one claims they dont have knives to cut onions.
Really?
With three sharp knives sitting on the counter you would say that
If you dont want to work Resign!!
Otherwise do a quality job!!

They ran my card through skimmer. Luckily my bank caught it and froze the transaction. Scamming at a WAWA is crazy!
Just pump your own gas cause the attendants can’t be trusted

Super dissappointed. I came in to get my daughter hashbrowns, they did not have any made so I asked the lady behind the counter if she can make her some. She said sure I can do that for you , she went to another woman named Nadia and I saw Nadia whispered to her just tell him we don’t have any. Super disappointing when I know they had them, but she just didn’t feel like helping out.
