Even though I was able to make a notary appointment online and showed up early, the banker who does notary services rudely refused to notarize my letter based on an arbitrary policy of not doing letters. I asked where that was written and he gave me an 800 number to call. The customer rep there basically said they couldn’t help me. So this bank wasted my time by accepting my appointment and having me call an unhelpful 800 number. Unprovoked rudeness is ridiculous. What do you notarize? Why wasn’t I told online in advance what you notarize? Oh, and the only solution I was given by the banker was to pay another notary. Why do you offer this service?As an aside, just like one of the other reviews posted on here says, yep there ATM still seems to always have issues.

If I could give a 0 star I would of you guy are a rip off. I went to cash my check there because the check if from there and the charged me 3% of my check I've never heard that before from a another bank and what they did it's insane. That's why I've never likef Wells Fargo at all.
