Absolutely miserable experience. I went in to understand if there were any promotions to lock in to lower Internet price, as I was paying +$50 vs what was advertised. The customer rep was extremely rude and asked for my banking details to get a discount. Um okay? She then said it will appear next billing cycle and I was signed up for a year. When I asked for cancellation terms ( I never agreed to a year), she then snapped and said you want me to cancel?! I asked if an email would be sent to notify me of the changes and she said no. So I just gave this lady my banking details and didn't sign a contract and now I'm locked in for a year?? I asked for her name and she said "Why?!". Red flag. Literally provided no deals on what she put in the computer or T&C's of the contract. Overall very uneasy situation and customer experience was awful. Rep was confrontational and argumentative on simple questions. Don't waste your time going in if you think that would help.

So far not a bad experience with Xfinity. I opted to purchase my own modem and routers rather than rent their Hardware. Spent $500 all in on a sick setup that i own, it will pay for itself in 12-18 months compared to renting

I was very disappointed because I took my phone to the provider whom I got my phone from and they couldn't give me any help on a problem I was having with it there was no tech support at all for a phone provider I think that is major problem makes me rethink my choice of provider for my phone service

I visited the XFINITY COMCAST STORE TODAY AND WADE WAS VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL AND DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO SOLVE MY ISSUES WITH MY SHORE X-FINITY SERVICE. One hour wait to return the equipment and they do not know the address if you want to ship it. They told me to go to UPS and they would provide the address, kind strange...Had to go back again

I went there today for a simple problem, the wait was long and the woman helping me was extremely rude. Then she told me she fix the issue and to leave the store. But the issue wasn't fixed. Xfinity.com fixed it for me.
