Very long wait even though I was the third in line to come in. The employees were exceptionally nice but the store should ask you if you if you are a quick exchange or a person who needs a consultation. They need an express line for in and out people who have to get to back to work

Visited the Xfinity store to return tv cable boxes no longer being used. They have a good system once you realize you need to check in and be placed on the waiting list. There was a short wait to be seen. The wait depends on what other customers are there for. Some transactions take longer. Once called I was assisted by a customer service person named Kim; Kim was very nice and helpful and she obviously knew her job.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They try to lock you in your plan if you want to disconnect a line, and Xfinity mobile customers pay $100+ more is they don't have Xfinity home. Get this service if you want to make your life hell.

No one values real customer service. The manager Mike has no customer skills at all and I highly doubt he qualifies for his job. My whole wait time was spent watching him pace back and forth between the establishment on the phone for help. Go figure !

The employees at this location just seem like very unhappy individuals. Two employees were having a very loud conversation in the corner with every other word being f*ck. The woman greeting people looked like there was anywhere she'd rather be.

The service was fast. I exchanged a router for a different one. The sales person activated the router but didn’t explain how to get the wifi on our devices. However, later when I was talking to someone on the phone, that representative explained the steps completely.
