He told me it would be a $10 and I questioned that since I was a customer for over 13 years. “This bank branch is horrible, no matter what time of day or day of the week, there is always only one teller. And when it was raining and cold outside on a Friday, because there is only ever one teller, people of all ages had to stand outside in the rain and cold for over 30 minutes. I felt so bad because I know some of these people had to take a bus in order to get there. However, there is this one security guard Michelle who is absolutely AMAZING, this incredible woman is always so pleasant and kind that when I think about how much I hate the fact the black neighborhood has the worst bank, I always say in my head, except for that one lady”
