“Owning/managing a small business is nearly impossible, especially when "Reviews" can dictate if you sink or swim. Even I gently nudge a extremely satisfied customer toward review-land with my small businesses, just to offset that one miserable vindictive individual that will bleed you dry when he thinks you're the reason his powder got wet. That said, Rogue went 'Rogue' and did a 'thing.' I can't get into the specifics, but let's just say an emergency on my part was met by a 5-alarm response, a trauma team, and a cappuccino served by a cute little umbrella girl! Ok, they SAVED MY BACON BIG TIME! In order for the few that might abuse Rogue's generosity, the specifics will remain quiet, but boy did they come through!! Here's the "thing!" They didn't ask for one single thing in return. No reviews; no expedited charges; nothing. So what they got is a 5 star review from the heart, and an extremely satisfied customer!!!”
