“I had a great experience at the Porsche service center in Northern New Jersey. Jack Daniels really took care of me. I came in with an issue on my Macon S and they took care of me within a couple of days. Unfortunately a few days later, it seems like the issue wasn’t resolved so they had me bring it back in and they had to order an additional part from Porsche which they got covered under warranty. They did everything in a timely manner and I really appreciate their help. As always Sterling McKenzie which is one of the serive advisors was definitely a highlight of the experience and so was the new service manager Joseph Latino. Also a highlight is Jennifer, which set everything up for me and made it easy with my loaner.
