I feel bad for the people who work here, because they're very much understaffed. I was here at 4:40 on a Sunday afternoon. There were 3 people working when I got here: one guy at the Tim Hortons counter, a woman moving between the Tim Hortons and the checkout desk, and another guy who was supposed to be operating the gas pumps but was in the backroom counting money. I went in to buy a pack of gum, and had to wait 5 minutes before the aforementioned woman came over to the register to ring me up. In the meantime, someone came in from the parking lot to ask where the gas pump attendant was; looking outside, there were at least 6 cars, all waiting to be filled up, to the point where some drivers were getting out and pumping their own gas (which is illegal in NJ thanks to a very antiquated law!) After getting my gum, I went over to the Tim Hortons counter, where I stood for another 5 minutes without being noticed; I ultimately left in frustration. Again, the issue here is a lack of staff; not sure who that can be pinned on, but it's a shame either way, and again, I feel bad for the few people who DO work here and are so overworked. Either way, if you stop here, you'd better have an empty calendar and the patience of a saint.
