“Gentle Touch is our go to for anything clothing related! My husband needed a few suit pants/jackets taken in. The owners knew exactly where to make the alterations and they came out perfectly. The suits fitted so much better and the stitching was flawless.I have had a few blouses to have dry cleaned. The owners noticed a cluster of small oil stains I had and took the time to clean it out. I honestly didn’t think they’d come out so I left it, but they were able to get it out.I also appreciate that they have organic dry cleaning. They press all of our items neatly and when I take out my clothing from the protectors, there isn’t a harsh chemical smell that some cleaners might leave behind.They’re also super accommodating if you’re in a rush.The owners have been running this place for a long time. “We were traveling on a road trip, in from California. We needed our clothes dry cleaned. I saw this company had good reviews and same day service. I called them and the person on the phone said as long as I drop off before 10 a.m. we could have our clothes by 3 p.m. same day. We had 1 mens suit, 1 womens skirt and 1 womans light fuzzy coat. We dropped off at 9:30 a.m. and picked up at 3 p.m. they did a great job. We also had really friendly people for both drop off and pick up. I recommend this dry cleaners and would definitely use them again.”
“The lady at the counter is really friendly and kind. I brought in my favorite rain jacket with a big oil stain that may have been there for a while. She told me they’d do their best to remove the stain but could not guarantee it. When I picked it up today, the stain is totally gone. I am so grateful for their quality of work.”

“They are great I have spent Hundreds of dollars on wash & fold.They have never made a mistake until the other day when they lost my robe . I confronted the owner respectfully about the situation and he told me that they reweigh everything and that I was wrong. After patronizing his establishment for at least 4 years. How do you misplace a bathrobe? The belt to the robe was in the bag, but no robe. I believe I should be compensated for my loss. I will never go back again. Don’t get me wrong the young ladies that work there are great, but the owner shows very little compassion for good paying customers.”
