STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
ABSURDLY HIGH HIDDEN FEES!!!
No wonder they have cars sitting in their lot for over 7 months. After you agree on a price and accept their offer for your trade in, then comes the hidden fees. They call it “reconditioning fee +” adding a $6000 to the out the door price. Eddie, the salesman, tried convincing me that they actually service the car and detail it before delivery. But I wonder what kind of service they could do to car that has only 2000 miles to justify paying $6000 more. They might get away adding those fees when people financing are only looking at the monthly payment, but if you are paying cash and know what you want they are not really interested in selling you anything. In fact, if you don’t agree with those fees they will happily show you the way out. I’ve never been to a dealership that won’t even try keeping you from walking out or bringing the manager to try and close a deal.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The team never bothered to respond to messages or follow up, and when they finally did, the price had mysteriously jumped with a bunch of hidden, predatory fees tacked on. Nothing about the process was honest or transparent. It felt like they were hoping you wouldn’t notice the added costs. Save yourself the time and frustration — there are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers.

Ever since I purchased my Ghibli Emilio and his team has been A1! From getting me in contact with the right people for extended warranty down to getting me a loaner car for an extended period of time while my car needed service. Top tier communication and empathy when I didn't have my car due to something beyond the shops control. You can tell the service department understands that the customers are paying good money not just for the car but for the service. Shoutout to Joseph, Jose, Joe and Chris who have all been part of the process!

New (pre-owned) Ghibli owner of a vehicle that was purchased & serviced there since new. I went in and introduced myself to start an ongoing service relationship with. The service mgr Emilio spoke with me briefly and was going to get me pricing on after market warranties they offer. Its been 2 days and crickets. I'm not sure they are interested.....

This Maserati dealer is absolutely unreliable and deceptive. The cars they show are not only misrepresented but also unsafe. During test drives, we found broken brakes, severe wheel misalignment, and even an engine leaking oil. One car was a Frankenstein job - the rear hatch was from a completely different vehicle and didn’t even match the paint.
For a luxury brand, this is shocking and unacceptable. They clearly cut corners, patch together inventory, and hope buyers won’t notice. If you value your safety and your money, avoid this place at all costs.
