“Hiring Ferraro & Sons was one of the best decisions I made after buying a house. We had a very short move, just around a half a mile away, but Ferraro & sons and the team took no shortcuts. “I used this company to move my business. I was a returning customer because they moved my house previously. I was happy with them then and I have to say I am very happy with my decision now. The crew that did my move was very meticulous about loading my office furniture on the truck. They wrapped everything so that nothing would get damaged. The guy who was in charge (forgot his name) was helpful throughout the process and was very good about explaining things to me and giving me piece of mind. “I moved a 3-story row home with a basement and deck in PA to an 1100-sqft home in CO. This is a family-owned business, and the owner, Joe, came to my house himself to estimate the cost - and ended up doing so very accurately. He communicated well, and made me feel like he was caring for a family member. He and his team packed a few of my trickier items - a glass lamp, ceramic pots, an antique family treasure secretary among others - and all items came across country completely unscathed. He kept his teams focused. He drove the truck himself. The cost was very competitive. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this moving company for local or long-distance.”

“I can not rave enough about Montvale Movers! It was myself with 8 of their amazing men, which included Marty, Zack & his brother Mike, that felt like part of my own family by the time this move was completed! It was a very emotional emergency move for me, so I needed them to pack EVERYTHING I owned, and then move it all to storage units. A month later, they moved my belongings from storage to my new home. They had packed and moved my China, Waterford Crystal and a very old Grandfather Clock amongst other antique furniture! NOT ONE item or piece of furniture was broken or even scratched! No one can compare to their professionalism and work ethic of getting the job done perfectly! Thank you Marty & JoAnne for providing me your outstanding services, while also feeling so safe being I did this entire move by myself with all your men!! :)”
“We just had the most wonderful moving experience with Nippon Express Seattle and Nippon Express USA New York/New Jersey (aka "Nittsu"), who handled our 3-bedroom house move from Seattle to New York! From the initial walk-through and planning to moving-out day to move-in day, we couldn't be happier or more impressed with Nittsu's care, efficiency, thoroughness, customer service, and understanding of our needs. I would give them 10 stars if possible! Let me mention by name three of the excellent staff who helped us. Mr. Hattori is the regional Seattle manager, and he was simply wonderful every step of the way. If I could recommend or vote for any kind of bonus or "Manager of the Year" award for anyone, he'd be my guy. My second vote would go to his field supervisor, Mr. Koji. When they walked through our home to take our inventory and measurements, etc., their comments and questions signaled that they knew what they were doing. Some items needed special care and packing, which was handled beautifully. For example, we have a vintage 10-foot-long dining room credenza with 2 heavy and brittle 1" thick slate tops. Mr. Hattori commissioned special wooden padded crates to be built to hold them during the transport cross-country. They arrived in perfect condition, thank you! Ms. Miyauchi was the New York office Nittsu staff who supervised the delivery operation, and she was just wonderful and attentive every step of the way. We had some last minute delivery schedule changes to deal with (not Nittsu's issue), but Ms. Miyauchi and Mr. Hattori were very gracious and efficient in helping us, thank you! This was actually the third time my Japanese wife and I have used Nippon Express for domestic cross-country U.S. moves. Each of these moves was bigger and more complicated than the one before, but each time, they come through with a plan and execution that exceed our expectations. Their quotes are toward the higher end to begin with, but for the peace of mind and attention that they bring to an admittedly anxiety-provoking situation, they are worth it! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nittsu!”
