I been living at the USR Commons for more than 10 years & 1 major reason is the Super -Andy Echevarria - he rates 5 stars. He is professional, competent, timely , goes above & beyond to solve any issue or situation & all efficiently & with a smile.

Not sure what people are talking about but I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. When something breaks, microwave, washer dryer, it was replaced that day within hours of me letting them know. The maintenance guys are nice even my 5yr old enjoys when they come in. I’ve been there almost 2yrs and have no complaints.
