“High Touch Pharmacy lives up to the name—excellent high-touch care in Elizabeth! The staff is friendly, efficient, and really takes time to explain meds or answer questions without rushing. Same-day delivery is super convenient (quick and reliable), and they handled my vaccinations smoothly. Clean, well-kept store and great for chronic condition management. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal attention and service make it stand out from chains. 4 stars—highly recommend!”

The office staff of our endocrinologist suggested this pharmacy when I was having trouble finding Ozempic from my regular pharmacy (a nationwide chain). . “The pharmacist at this site has the utmost customer service. I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! I know time is valuable for everyone so even the offer was so appreciated. When i got my prescription, they even applied a coupon to my copay to make it $0. I do not find that kind of service in many places and am thankful. The kindness and compassion is 10/10 and their pharmacy service is 10/10.
