“I was directed to Hi-Tech Auto Repair by a dear friend who told me I would be 100% satisfied with the results of "whatever" my automobile needs were. He was spot on! When I first called to ask when I could have my vehicle inspected for several issues, Mo told me to bring it over first thing in the morning. We brought it over the next day and left it with them so they could go over the entire vehicle to give me an idea of not only what needed to be fixed, but several things that may need to keep an eye on because they were coming up on needs to be replaced. Normally any mechanic's shop won't tell you that "you don't need this done right now", but that was not the case with Mo and Hi-Tech Auto. The only reason I am bringing this data up is because 1 week before, we brought it to another repair shop that not only overcharged me for the work that was done, but also stated 5 other things that needed to be replaced or purchased "IMMEDIATELY"!Mo told me those items the other repair shop stated could wait at least 2 years, and another item was definitely able to wait until March or April without worry of anything going wrong or any danger to operate a safe vehicle.I was shocked at all of the work that was done when it came to seeing the bill. Other than doing the work myself or having a family member (who was an auto-mechanic) do it, it was absolutely the most reasonable cost I would have expected. If you have any kind of issues with your vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take it to Hi-Tech Auto Repair. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED with the workmanship, or the price.-Thank you so much Hi-Tech (and Mo) for getting us back on the road the same day you promised us.”

“alternator died on the parkway on a busy Friday morning. my car was totally packed to drive back to the Catskills 3 hours away. Joe Parisi called 4 different places and finally found me an alternator that fit my Tacoma in 2.5 hours I was back on the Parkway heading home. Joe, you are unbelievable. “I just wanted to thank A-1 Towing for being so awesome, I was getting a shipping container from China, but I had to take it out of the truck myself because it was 6000 pounds and trailer driver was not equipped to take it out and put in the ground, I called every towing company in Atlantic County and everyone of them said no and some even hung up on me.A-1 towing was the only one who said they can do it, they are the most professional and experienced towing company in south jersey, The owner "Rich" was very helpful and "Donna" the lady who answered the phone was super kind. The driver "Chris" who took out the container was very professional, he told me that he had done these many times.I am so grateful for A-1 towing for saving that day, because the tractor trailer would have left with my shipment and I would have lost thousands of dollars in freight charges.”

“While enroute to breakfast a road hazard cut the side wall of my tire. I have roadside assistance through Acura. I called roadside and they sent Citywide Towing. We waited about an hour. CWT (Driver Andrew I believe) arrived and he was very professional. He had great conversation, and his driving skills were on point. We arrived at the dealership (PA) in a timely manner.
