“Your professionalism, genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $550 with Miss Allen martha, and got $7200 in a week. I only wish I had known about her earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful!”

“Nothing but nice things to say. Grant and his staff were super nice and accommodating. I’m a pain to deal with and they were great. My car looks as if nothing ever happens to it and they even touched up a couple little imperfections unrelated to the accident near by for me. It took a while but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Took a used car I bought from a shady dealership to this shop to get the car inspected because I had doubts and Dan was the one who helped me. He was very polite and helpful. He inspecting the car and pointed out details and defects that I didn't even see and because of him I was able to see that the car was in fact in a flood. He advised me on what to do next and even checked on me later on. I'm currently trying to resolve the issue and I owe him and the shop a huge thanks. So on behalf of me and my family Thank You Dan. If me and my family or anyone I know that live close need any work done I will recommend them to you guys in Franklin.”

“Top notch auto dealer. I am almost hesitating to leave a positive review- seems like the better the reviews the more competition there is for future vehicles. All jokes aside, I came from 90min away- test drove a truck and bought it within 15 minutes. I knew what I wanted but the service after the purchase decision was top notch. They serviced the truck and replaced and parts of question. No pressure sales environment- the vehicles on the lot seem to be selected based on quality not quantity. I talked to a great deal of dealers theast 3 weeks. All had secret fees or some nonsense that gets you out the door wondering how you can buy food or the gas to get the new vehicle home- not this place. I was not surprised by anything except the lack of surprises. 5/5 stars. Just an update 3 months later. The truck has been phenomenal. My family and I very much enjoy it. Top quality vehicle.”

“Recently had my 2023 Civic Type R fixed after hitting a deer and messing up my front end pretty bad, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Eric and the team's attention to detail was incredible, and I really appreciated them also replacing my Aftermarket headlights to have my baby completely back to the way she was prior to the incident! If anyone has a collision in the 845 area, especially on a specialty or sports car, this is the place you want doing your repairs!”

“My husband was in a car accident. Our car was towed here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile from Wendy at their front desk. Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. Town II does understand all this and some and their going out of their way for us means so much. THANK YOU KINDLY! We are sincerely grateful.”

“Have had major work done by SAS Parts and Performance on my air cooled 1957 Beck Speedster, which included major engine repair, installation of a Fi-Tech Fuel Injection System (after removal of my Weber Carbs), fine tuning of the Fi -Tech System, electrical upgrades, as well as custom fabrication of Lexan side windows with slide open/close inserts that replaced the 'floppy' plastic windows the car came with and allowed me to control air flow into the cabin. Their expertise in working on so many varied areas of this custom car can only be described as extraordinary. Steve and Anthony are master mechanics and master technicians, the likes of which I have never come across before in a private ownership shop.”
