Scheduled an in-person appointment to discuss questions regarding one of my accounts, was set up was an agent who was nice but had just completed training and needed to escalate a question to the branch manager. Branch manager, Marquis, was unwilling to hear out my scenario or provide any assistance besides telling me to call a 1-800 phone number. As he spoke to me he began to walk away without finishing his sentence. I made him aware of this, in which he said he implied he was too busy to assist and had an other appt to get to. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude 'branch manager' during a scheduled appointment at any bank. Don't bother coming here for assistance with any of your accounts. They will just shrug their shoulders..

It’s a bank. The only thing is if it’s daytime and I’m using the atm to deposit my check, please don’t ask me to walk inside to do it. I chose the atm on purpose lol

First let me say I don't use this bank. My mother did. Since this location was National Community Bank she has banked there. She recently passed away. Without any one authorizing her account to be closed, they did it anyway & refused to honor the checks she sent before she died, and a few bounced. Now to make things worse, they lied to me about a "banking" law saying I HAD to have a tax ID # notarized to close my mom's account. This is NOT TRUE. The same person who froze her account now refuses to give me the money from her account. I have all the paperwork I need but shes still refusing me. Greddy people.

Love this bank, Honestly they have given me the most personal banking experience I have ever had in my life. I feel like im part of their family. B/c of this branch I do all of my business banking, personal banking, and all my credit cards are through Chase.

Chase Bank in general is a total load of shenanigans every time I've walked in here it's been always a drive back to the house for something and it ends up taking another week to do something and when i did my bank card they didnt even submit the application so they people are cluless and untrined
