It took 4 or 5 in person visits WITH hard copy of New Insurance cards for them to finally update and fix. A few times they keep refilling after I've requested to stop.

I got on the drive-thru line at 12:05, it's now 12:35 and they just bite finished serving the second person. 15 minutes per customer is RIDICULOUS! How much effort does it take to pull the bag off the shelf, hand it to the customer and take the money?!? If anybody here is making more than minimum wage CVS is getting ripped off!

I made a call to their district management , they told my wife and I they are not getting any covid shots. We called the store and the (Vernon) pharmacist told us to keep going on the web and wait for a opening. For the last 4 weeks matter of the time the entire state of NJ was fully booked. The store kept lying about thier supply. I asked what their daily shots were and they wouldn't answer me which means ZERO....( BY THE WAY EACH VILE HANDLES 5 SHOTS) BTW check out New Jersey all CVS's are all booked and it never change no matter the time or day.....

I had my first covid-19 shot today. It was extremely organized. I checked into CVS before going into the building by making a phone call. When I entered I saw a young lady at a desk with a sign for checking in. After being greeted, I was sent to the next station and greeted by anther young lady who checked that i had my card again and to remove my coat and waite. Then she directed me to a spot to wait for a few moments and to keep a card out that had been texted to me (SAME card I checked in with) and then I was led into the next station and greeted by a nurse who checked my temperature and then gave me the vacine. She filled in card and told to bring it back for my second shot. then I was directed to waiting area with a timer at each station it was set for 15 minutes and when it went off the same young lady that directed me in checked me out. She inquired a few times if I was ok and I left This was a very professional and personal and satisfying experience. A+

So glad I moved my account from Acme Vernon. Never had a problem so far with the drive up service. Staff members are friendly compared with the staff from Acme.

COVID 19 vaccine canceled yesterday due to power outage. First text basically said, 'you're canceled/ good luck!' But second text said to show up a different day, same time as first, canceled appt. Thank you, CVS!

Currently sitting in the drive thru. It's been 35 minutes and the line (which is wrapped around the building behind me) has moved one car. If I had the option of going inside I would, however due to the pandemic my wife and I do not being our two small children into stores when we don't have to. Drive thru is supposed to be the quicker option. Hire more staff, or learn to schedule better.

Super reliable and friendly staff! I'm always greeted when I enter and exit the store, and the pharmacy staff are very efficient! They make refills super easy, and I love having g the text notifications option. Side note- they have an awesome make-up selection as well as greeting cards!
