No stars if it was an option!
Asked them to not to park in my driveway, due to the fact I just had it paved and then when they pulled up they backed into the driveway and the truck put dents in my pavement. I have 16 cameras around my house. And it takes 48 hours for someone to get back to you if you have a complaint. Bad customer service!!!!!

We have used Earthcare for all our septic needs for years. All their staff is wonderful. James, our latest tech, came to replace the rusted lid on our septic tank. He was professional, friendly and got it done quick. The text appointment tracking gave me a heads up on when he was arriving and when he finished the job. Excellent service all the time.

We had an emergency on Sunday, our basement bathroom backed up flooded our basement. Called earth care, paid an emergency fee, then the guy pumped the septic but couldn’t clear the clog, his jet wasn’t working. We still had a clog and couldn’t use the bathroom, not good I was DONE with them. They sent Jonathan A today, he is the BEST!!! Fixed the clog, answered my questions, very friendly, very professional he was exactly what we needed and what you would want. I would stick with earth care because of him, that’s how fantastic he is!!! We were grateful! Thanks again Jonathan!!!
