I have been in several locations of Labcorp but the one in Vernon, NJ right of RT 94….just shines! They are so efficient and punctual all the time. I used their services with scheduled and unscheduled appointments …and they don’t disappoint on both. I highly recommend this lab?

I was a 7am walk-in, I was 6th at the kiosk checking in, I figured they would get to me eventually. Sure enough after the first 5 people went they called me right in, I was extremely surprised and happy. The girl did the blood draw and I was out the door, whole thing took 20 minutes. Great staff, they get my highest recommendation!!

Made an appt. Went and checked in. Waited about 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly. Time before I made an appt. Went and checked in. Waited about 2 minutes. Tech was very nice and the staff was also very nice.

I had such a pleasant experience at this location and can’t understand the negative reviews. I recently moved to the area and this is by far the best Labcorp I’ve been to in NJ. Staff is SO pleasant, I efficient, and gentle. They also actually answer the phone here which is shocking for any Labcorp. ?I arrived at 7:00 and was out in 10 minutes.

While waiting to be seen they closed the kiosk stating no more walk ins. A woman walked in with two children and demanded to be seen. They eventually caved after being bullied. They did their best but she should be ashamed of herself

My father in law needed blood work rather urgently.Went to this Labcorp and was denied service for a $99 bill. After paying it just so he could get service and calling the billing department they tell us they changed him for a different patient who lives in VA with the same name. Unprofessional and unacceptable. If they do that with billing they will do it with your lab results too. No thank you.

Of all the LabCorp in the area this one is the very best. They answer the phone, their wait times for walk ins is very reasonable (I didn't even have to wait today) they always get you on the first stick, and it's the coziest office. Highly recommend, especially if needles make you nervous.

The customer service here is awful, the staff here has no compassion what so ever! Especially the Girl that is in change. Every time they draw blood it hurts. Unfortunately I have to come here because its close to my house.

Great place to get bloodwork done. Just wish it was a but easier to get an appointment (though not required)

Labcorp in Vernon NJ was absolutely amazing with my son who has special needs. Compassionate and understanding. Went above and beyond in a stressful situation.
