We Applied for a Home Equity loan at the Vernon Branch. Hannah from this branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I chose this bank over my regular bank because of the professionalism and outstanding Customer service.

Love PNC Bank. I hope they can get some of the Google reviews removed for things that were outside the branch's control. I work for a competing institution, but still have accounts here because I love the mobile app and virtual wallet. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

They lost my title, this bank is a disaster, I paid off my car a month ago and I didn't receive the title, when I called asking where is my title , they said it was sent to a different address and that if I'm not satisfied, I can file a complaint. Within 24 hours someone was supposed to call but there is silence. Avoid this bank.

Worse bank ever!!!!! Do not open an account with them, if you have one already, close it. Nothing but problems. Office Manager is unprofessional, doesn’t know what she is doing! I have an Finance degree, so I know!Corporate needs to re-train her!!!!!!!!

Customer service is horrendous and every single time I go there, they make me feel very uncomfortable and talk to me as if some sort of criminal performing illegal activities. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m not even going to mention the ridiculous questions I get asked. There is no empathy, compassion, or professionalism here. Unfortunately, this is the closest branch to my domicile therefore, I don’t really have a choice.

Went here with my grandmother to take money out of here savings account. They told her they needed a photo ID but her photo ID was less than a year expired (still wouldn't take it) we tried giving the lady her SS or passport they told her no. We asked for a manager and she told us she was in converance call (didn't even bother trying to figure out a solution). The lady was very rude and disrespectful. We had went to this bank before and they never asked us for ID. Poor customer service will not be going here again

The staff is very friendly! However, there isn't enough people working to handle the amount of customers. We wait on average 15-20min in the drive through every week.

Racist teller, unhelpful, wastes your time, assuming and very disrespectful. If you aren't white and not wearing a suit you don't have money. Very disappointed on how these people can live in society. Please do us all a favor and don't go there, don't let these racist people continue making their money when they are no help at all.
