i guess they delayed mailing, but i was very convinced it was thrown out because the letters referred to below were dropped off at post office but she had received the letter i put in my mailbox. I’m very sorry Usps. Thank you…

First review I’ve ever made, and I am only doing it because the service was that terrible. Horrible phone experience. They threw away a letter that took me 3-4 hours to make for my gf. Don’t have time to go during their horrible business hours. I tried calling them to fix a mistake I made and waited for 45min on hold until it randomly hung up on me. Worst service i have experienced in my LIFE. Don’t believe i will ever use USPS again. They need to get ts fixed asap. Horrible service overall. if i could give 0 stars. I would. Threw out a very very very sentimentally valuable and un-replaceable letter. 0/5.”
“Personally, I’ve been treated good each of my visits here so I can’t account for some of these terrible experiences others have been presented to. The office clerks always greet with a friendly smile while answering all of my questions and concerns. My local mail carrier(s) always bring my packages to my doorstep with a smile whenever I’m present. So sorry for those of you with horrible past experiences but maybe the place is better now and some of those issues have hopefully been addressed.”

“Wow ! Are we talking about the potf office in Warwick NY ? The staff at the branch are polite and friendly. Some things are out of there control, always helpful to me. Can't say enough about my home carrier. Maybe I'm just lucky ?”
“Always a polite a helpful staff member at the desk when you need them. Sometimes they even have my package ready before i come to pick it up, as i use a P.O. box.”

“The most welcoming place in Vernon. We've had to pickup most of our packages here over the last year. Of all the lovely places we frequent in town, I have always felt most welcome here!
