“I've had AFG do several frames for me, including a special project of a two-sided item for display. Everything has been excellent. They spend all the time you need when selecting your frame, etc., and are never in a rush. I absolutely recommend them for your framing needs.”

“From the minute, I walked in to the shop until I left I felt so welcome and accepted. When I walked in, I was greeted and able to share my vision. My tattoo artist Jules sat with me right away, and they helped me turn my vision into reality. Jules was able to perfect what I wanted so that it would look perfect once tattooed. I am a talker and they spoke with me through the whole process and really allowed me to feel trust. They were very clean and sanitary and always checked in to make sure I was ok. The gave me verbal and a printout of follow-up instructions. Thank you so much Jules can’t wait to get my next one!”

“Great place!!! My daughter had an amazing 14th Birthday Sip and Paint here. The host was very interactive, attentive and super helpful. Took time with each girl to show them what to do. All the girls had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about doing a sip and paint.”

“What a selection of ketubahs to pick from! I think my fiancé and I took about 3 hours one day to decide! They were a pleasure to work with and had such beautiful ideas. We can’t wait to hang our ketubah up in our new home! It came out perfectly! They have stunning metuzahs and my favorite is the one we bought where we are able to use the glasses my husband broke on our wedding day and put it in it!-Rachel and Adam Marcus”

“My husband and I had been shopping for furniture for months. Then, after eating lunch at a Diner on Springfield Ave in Maplewood, we stumbled upon this "gem" of a furniture store. The owner, his name is Albert, greeted us warmly and spent the next two hours patiently showing us all his unique products, and explaining with proud detail, the stories behind each item. Bottom line: excellent customer service, superior products, outstanding selection, and fair prices.”

“My elementary age daughter has been taking painting lessons here since 2020. Excellent for learning to draw, learning to paint, and fun socializing too. Mike is a talented painted and a great human being.”

“Fantastic teachers, spacious studio and plethora of class options to choose from for budding artists. This is the third semester running for my child & I'm lucky to stay within a reasonable distance from the school. Doug is an exceptional teacher and I can see how a lot of postive influence on my child who's in the 9-11 age range. They sure know how to teach kids !!”

“We have been using Ria for all of our framing needs for years. The work is always outstanding and Ria has a wonderful ability to match the frame with the artwork perfectly. We just bring in the artwork hand it over and she does the rest. We find her prices to be reasonable given the quality of the work. Can't say enough good things about this business.”

“I've had numerous pieces framed or reframed here. Always very professional service, fair prices, and excellent craftsmanship. The owner also has a good eye for suggestions as to mattes and frames. I have a good idea myself of what I want but she often comes up with an idea I hadn't considered. I highly recommend.”

“So sorry that this place is closing after so many years! Mary is the best, and I wish her well, as she has always supported us playing music at her events! If there is a way for you to stop in and check this place out before it goes, do it! You won't be disappointed, and you might make a friend or two along the way!”

“Since I am a HUGE lover of art and photography I fell in LOVE with this store since the 1st time I walked in! This store was actually opened about a year ago and then closed for relocation in which they moved the store to a different part of the mall. There are a lot of black and white photos here as well as color of different scenic backgrounds of other countries, some of people and many of animals. Additionally, the majority of the pictures in this store have a nice plexiglass that serves as a frame for the artwork. I actually purchased 2 photos here a few years back that I am still in love with to this day! Although I thought the pictures were a bit expensive, the photos justified the cost because these were pieces I fell in love with over a short period of time (I probably seen these pieces about 3 different times before I purchased them). The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is because no one greeted me upon walking in the store which was weird because the sales associates were just standing around. Customer Service is very important to me and that turned me off however, the photography is always beautiful at Yellow Korner and I can definitely see myself purchasing more art in the future!”

“You can come here on Wednesday (6-10pm) and do silk screening, monoprinting and other types of printing for $10 during their Print Club. I saw people silkscreening shirts to support their non-profits, small businesses and just to be expressive. They also have a homeschool print club and offer classes on printing and various types of art. There's a wide range of equipment available. People bring their own paper, shirts and even yoga mats to print on.The staff and resident artists are both helpful and friendly.”

“The art was amazing but I have physical challenges. I thought this place was on the ground floor. For anyone with physical challenges there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. It is not wheelchair accessible.”
