I was immediately greeted by Rachel, the owner who took the time to get to know what I wanted. I had visited one bridal salon prior, but didn’t have an exact vision developed yet.
As a person who is generally indecisive, picking a bridal gown could be overwhelming. Rachel was amazing at helping me filter and sort through the gowns I loved, and ultimately the gown I chose.
When I put my gown on, I had the stereotypical moment of crying, tissues, the whole thing. It was a beautiful moment!

“Sandra is the best!! I went to her after the first place I got my dress altered at wouldn’t help me. We were on a tight time crunch , I needed more alterations due to losing weight and Sandra made it happen with ease and assurance. I wish I would’ve went to her from the very beginning. She is an expert, my dress is covered in lace detail with sequins, she altered it flawlessly. She does great work and you can tell how passionate she is.Thank you so much Sandra, you are amazing! Marie did an excellent job explaining her process and providing example pieces to help with visualizing my final piece. We worked together to decide on the fine details of the final outcome. Marie is attentive, caring, and incredibly creative. Marie reconstructed my headpiece into three separate pieces so that I can easily rewear my headpiece without needing to wear the entire piece all together. We drove over there and she was closing in like 15 more minutes but she told us to come on in boy am I glad she did! She spent the next hour with me and she helped me find a beautiful dress and found out she is a seamstress and she is going to put sleeves on this dress since my son's wedding is in January... It was the best experience I've had after all the places I visited...”
“I was recommend by a family friend to go to Arlene's Bridal because I wasn't having any luck online. So I went with my bride tribe. Me & my 3 sisters. The experience was nothing short of amazing & professional. Debbie was an absolute sweetheart & her & J made sure my family & I were comfortable. Now I was also there when the unfortunate drama unfolded & it's sad that people can't see when they are wrong & instead of being honest they make up lies. I am all about respect & honest. It was a very crazy day when I came for my dress fitting. A group of what was supposed to be 8 ppl turned into 15 ppl. There were literally no sears and you can see Debbie trying to stay as professional as possible. She even told them that they had too many ppl and they should have paid for a private consultation. She was not wrong or rude but some ppl like to take advantage & then play victim. It was super uncomfortable & inconsiderate to bring your whole family where there would be other brides coming in. So I simply tried on my dress quickly & left. Those women were even trying to remove my personal belongings, so they could have another chair because the 7 they had wasn't enough. I can only speak on what I personally heard & witnessed & it absolutely wasn't good. The team at Arlene's is amazing & I would 1000% recommend to anyone.”

Despite being a busy store, the service is always personal and friendly. We never felt pushed or rushed, the dress we ordered came in on time, alterations were done in time, and the entire process was pleasant. Highly recommend!”
