Harry Jones was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment he handed me keys to drive away. He was really upfront about everything- not the typical car salesman cheesy pitch. We went in for lease-end-options and he made it possible to walk out with a great deal for an amazing car after test driving three cars. Not to mention he had transferred all of the items from my old car into the new one by the time we were done with the financial advisor. Truly a white-glove service experience. Employees like him truly make the customer buying experience worth the process when car shopping. A big thank you to Harry and Vipin for staying after hours to help us out!

Excellent customer service as always. I came here to finance my lease for my Honda civic. Lora sold my girlfriend an Acura and was so patient, amazing and got the job done in my gf’s price range! This had me wanting to go to Lora at Acura instead of Honda to do my finance. Will definitely be back again in the future for our next car!

I bought a used BMW through DCH Montclair Acura recently and the experience was excellent. Luis let me take the car on an extended test drive and even came with me to have the car inspected through an independent Mechanic. Once the inspection was finished, and it was revealed that the car was in perfect condition, Luis made the negotiating process easy and painless, and we were able to settle on a price that both parties were happy with.I highly recommend buying a car through DCH Montclair Acura.

I just recently bought a 2024 Integra Type S here. The whole staff was friendly and the buying process was seamless and easy. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Harry Jones, my sales rep, was excellent about showing me the car and testing driving it before I made the final commitment. He also made sure I was happy about the price and was very negotiable about the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for buying a new car.

I had a great experience at DCH Montclair Acura. After underwhelming visits to multiple Ford Dealers, I got a pre owned Ford Fusion at DCH. It had less miles and was less expensive than similar models I looked at. Erinda Cili was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff I dealt with (Manager, Finance). Updates belowAbsolute scummy dealership. My girlfriend went in because she found a Honda she really liked and that she's been looking for. So we sit down with the sales rep who sat there "crunching" the numbers, keeping it out of our site, sure enough he turns it around finally and it was loaded with insanely expensive and absolutely unnecessary "addons" trying to sneak them into her payments. Luckily I went with her as this guy tried to straight up take advantage of her. At this point I told her we should just leave as now I'm pissed they'd even do shady tactics like that, but she really wanted this car. Fine they remove all that crap they tried sneaking into her financing...Lets fast forward a few weeks, her low tire pressure light comes on. Come to find out they sold us a car with 4 DIFFERENT (and absolutely garbage) NO NAME TIRES. Not only is that a safety hazard in it self BUT two of them have gashes on the sides and one has a bubble in the tires sidewall!!! This is NOT ok!Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They use sneaky and blatantly inhumane sales tactics. I've purchased many cars from multiple dealerships and this one was the first I've ever been too where I had to experience something like this. If you do have the "pleasure" of purchasing a car here triple check EVERYTHING.UPDATE 1 : They're still fucking scumbags. We posted the same review on FB and they "reached out" to us to contact them to resolve this....Well multiple phone calls and voicemails over the course of a couple days it was blatantly obvious they were still full of shit.UPDATE 2 : My girlfriend was reached out to by another unfortunate customer of theirs with even worse off experience looking to take legal action. Guess its a common theme with this joke of a dealership. OH and now they removed my review on Facebook. I wonder how many other customers with piss poor experiences there had their reviews removed... This is the kind of shady bs youll get from a dealership like this.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! We purchased a vehicle 9/20/23. We signed forms electronically in finance office and left without receiving paperwork, just handed a flash drive. We test drove vehicle and we purchased same evening "so that we did not have to be inconvenienced coming back". Both our salesperson, Keith Mickens, and the finance manager, Markel Milstrey, told us we were "getting a 3 year warranty"When we looked at the paperwork there was an undisclosed charge for $4220. For a warranty. When we called Zurich (the warranty company), we found out that we purchased a ONE year drivetrain only warranty for 1 year! The Zurich rep advised me that it would not be a normal circumstance for Zurich to ever charge that much for a 1 year warranty and he could only assume it was padded $$$ by the dealership. I would have never opted to pay $4229. For a 3 year warranty. Markel also proudly told us he worked his magic and got us an 11% APR and the finance info arrived from finance co in the mail and our rate was 13.88%. The dealership has refused to return our calls (multiple to the management, salesperson, etc). They also promised to provide a remote start because that was on our lists of must haves. They "ordered the part" but of course no return call. When we received the paperwork from the finance company we owe approximately $25,500. For a car that cost $21,300., with a trade of over $6,000. Yes, you read that correctly. I could go on and on with additional issues we have now had with the vehicle but I won't. I reached one person at DCH that told me I bought the car "AS IS". He heard me out and assured me that I would get a return call. Did I mention that they included an odometer statement that shows less than 60,000. Miles but checked the lemon law box for over 60,000 miles. And the total sale price varies on different pages. I have attached some documentation to substantiate my claims. I'm a middle age mom on disability for breast cancer and I can assure you that I worked in a corporate industry for 28 years with 1 company before I became ill. I have absolutely no reason to bash any business unnecessarily. I did see other negative reviews where the dealer responded with "we are sorry you feel this way or please feel free to call our manager". I saw a 1 star review from 4 days ago where the dealer says they strive for great communication. I have had to file a claim with the better business bureau. If this gets resolved, which I'm not anticipating at this point, I will update my review. I want every honest, hard working person out there to please find yourself a reputable dealership and ask for paper copies prior to signing electronically. I'm writing this because consumers deserve to know and I do not want anyone to be stupid like me and trust the this dealership cares about your safety, you ever coming back in there or your personal finances. They care about the SALE and the MONEY. An experience with this dealer may not be the same on a new vehicle purchase but I would personally avoid buying from a dealership that is out to mislead, not disclose and essentially scam the consumer. If anyone else has had similar issues, please contact the better business bureau. I promise that my review is honest. I promise the only mistake I made was trusting their words and not asking for paperwork prior to signing. I promise that when and if the better business bureau resolves this, however they do, I will update this.

Stay away! Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at car. The car was for my son who called 3 times on the way their as the dates on the car fax didn't make sense. After waiting an hour the salesperson said "I am just the messenger, that car was sold over a month ago". No apologies. The sales manager didn't even come out! Vehicle was just posted online 2 days before we went down there! Sounds like a possible bait and switch to me!
