Owner made my wife feel uncomfortable and pushed a product on her she didn’t want. Went back to return it and got a lecture on God and didn’t process return. Shopped here before and said I wouldn’t come back. This will be the last time for sure

I walk in and noticed that the drinks outside of the refrigerator are a few bucks less than the ones in. And me being someone who’s always on a budget love the idea of drinking a warm drink on a hot day for a few less bucks. When I got up to the register I was told those drinks were priced incorrectly it wasn’t one drink it wasn’t two drinks it was an entire case of drinks marked incorrectly 2 to 3 dollars lower I was baffled when I walked up to the register simply inquiring about that to be told those tags are for a different item each and every tags at 299 each and every tag from top to bottom for all the different canned drinks were the same price of 299 I was charged $4.25 and I’m not saying that is a huge difference but the fact that you were rude about it on top of that and couldn’t just value the price and then remove the sales tax after baffles me I would love to see your visits from weights and measures.This is the closest GNC to my job and I will never go back in here.

I wish I can give it negative stars. I was trying to redeem my gnc points but this guy was asking so many questions thinking that I stole it or something even though i bought so much stuff from gnc. He was taking way too long processing my order and held my receipt for a while

The owners, both husband and wife, are extremely rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. They will hound you every minute you are in the store, attempt to rip you off, and even accused me of stealing wrongfully! I have never walked into a store run this unprofessionally, especially a GNC! They are really hurting the brand. The other reviews make complete sense!! And again, they are extremely rude and insulting. Too innaprooate to even describe on here!! Sad! -1 stars

I visited this store yesterday to make an exchange for a product that I bought at another store and was definitely disturbed by the way I was treated.I walked into this store with the product and receipt in hand but was basically accused by the manager of stealing because he didn't have a good view of me as I walked into the store.I explained to him that since he was helping another customer at the register I went to pick up what I needed to make one simple transaction at the register. He then proceeded to take my items out of my hand at which time I backed up and politely asked him to not grab anything from me. He then said, " How do I know you didn't just walk in a grab two items off of the self" I told him if he had an issue with my exchange he could also check his cameras( which are right behind the register)before processing my return. He told me that it was store policy at every retail store across the US that you have to let the store know you have a return before walking through the store, which is complete crap might I add.In my head I'm thinking " Sir this store is the size of my bathroom, and there's only two of us in here, so why the heck would anyone try to steal from here" Long story short we went went back and forth for about 10 minutes about what proper return procedure was. In his attempt to state his claim he tried to give me a story about a BLACK kid who purchased from his store a few years ago who insisted that couldn't leave his store without a shopping back. Some crap about the kids grandmother taught him to never leave out a store without one so they know you're not stealing blah blah blah. I couldn't believe me ears , so this is what it was all about my skin color. I replied to him that whoever taught that kid that was an idiot because everyone knows you never leave out of a store without your RECEIPT....which I had. Long story short a 2 minute exchange turned into a 15 minute fiasco. I would never ever return to the Verona GNC location ever again. The customer service at this location is terrible.

This guy , the owner, is allowed to come into the gym... give out samples and give out a 20% coupon. The coupon has 100 different stipulations. Cant buy not one item of quality cuz its " not included" in the 20% off. Dont they know the value of the initial sale??? Customer acquisition cost 101? Fail! I would have spent 10x the initial amount of they were not so cheap... wasted my my time with Terrible coupon:(

I went to this GNC on an impulse to purchase a product which I wasn't sure was sold here. Suchet was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional in helping me locate what I wanted to purchase, and made recommendations based on my questions. She was the quintessential professional, and I will be back again.

The owner (middle eastern gentleman) would not accept my return of unopened GNC vitamins. He told me that I needed to return the product to a corporate store instead. I called GNC corporate headquarters - the customer service representative stated that he should have accepted the return. I see reviews from people that have had same problem with this person not accepting unopened returns. I have shopped this location previously but will no longer do business at this GNC.

The sale associate greeted me as I entered the store. Therefore, I felt comfortable asking for assistance. She was so patience and knowledgeable on many products. I will definitely shop at this location in the near future.

This store refused to accept my unopened, still packaged protein powder after Customer Service stated they had to accept it.
