“Overall, my wife and I were pleased with the service provided by DUS. We ended up having to move out of our apartment and put our stuff in a unit on rather short notice as we were going to be quarantining in the back home in the midwest. DUS made it easy by bringing the unit to our place (good sized units as well) and even helped us load some of the heavy stuff (we didnt pay for the moving service as we had friends helping, but it was nice of them to help on the few items that were rather large). Over the next 8 months or so, it was nice that we knew we could access the unit if needed, and the rates are pretty affordable compared to anything else in the city. When we no longer needed the unit as we were back in the city and had moved, they brought our stuff back to us and everything seemed to be in great shape. They had some issues with a forklift that made the driver later than we had hoped, but we appreciated the fact that they got it fixed asap and prioritize bringing our stuff to us no matter the time of night. Great service and for sure recommend if you are looking for an affordable and reliable solution!”

“We’ve used these movers 4 times so far. They made a stressful situation absolutely manageable. We weren’t even finished packing but Devin our foreman and absolutely organized and stand up guy arranged to have our loose items packed well and even explained how he approached protecting our valuables. We really had no worry about our items in their care. We had a long 26foot long truck and filled it the max but were so grateful for the pre planing and note of our inventory to make sure they used the proper vehicle. Our many items on flights of steps took a good part of the day but both Julio and Wilmer worked tirelessly for hours. I was astonished at the ease they lifted our weighty pieces. Really the whole team moved so swiftly and even dissembling and reassembling entire rooms. We greatly appreciate their hard work and just upbeat and friendly personality even our pup was calm around them. Such a great value for the money. We will definitely recommend to our friends.”

“Well, dont be late for the drop off or else you'll need to wait for the next available day. Even with that, I was overall happy with Upack. I was warned to pack high and tight, which I did but could not make the perfect wall at the end. I did have some of my stuff fall and move around but that wasnt Upack fault. I wish they had another system which give you multiple walls to put up so you can seperate the boxes and furniture.”

His quote was almost exactly what we were charged and he answered multiple questions I had leading up to the move. Netto and his crew were very professional. They were cautious, quick and did an amazing job. We had them pack up mirrors, paintings, glassware- anything fragile- and nothing was broken. All boxes and furniture was carefully placed in the correct room. They even got our king sized mattress up three narrow flights of stairs without any damage to the walls or mattress. Nothing was missing or broken, time lines were met and the cost was reasonable. Moving is stressful enough but Erv, Netto and the crew made it all much easier for our family.
