The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . “My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.
Hans was able to get it fixed for under $1000
He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
The place is a bit tight, don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend them.”

“I went to this auto shop when I was having the worst experience with my car because of misdiagnosis and bad service from another mechanic (Broadway Auto Repair). I needed an electrical mechanic to look at my Jeep and figure out what was wrong. I found Perez Auto Center online and the owner Ben diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and found the cause, fixed it and even offered to talk to the mechanic shop that had misdiagnosed my problem to help me get money back from them. He even went as far as writing a short letter for my bank explaining what he found with my car because I was forced to file a bank dispute against the other mechanic to try and get my money back.”

I recently purchased a 2020 vehicle from this dealership and on a scale I through 10 the car was a 8.5. It needed a new driver seat and a new center console cover, which I went out and purchased a used seat and console cover from a salvage yard.
