The staff includes very nice, fast-working, friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional sales associates and a store manager. Helpful associates ask customers if they need assistance and can point out perfect products. Services include veterinarian vaccination clinics, which are affordable but busy and only open on Saturdays; for questions, it is advised to call the hotline. Customer support can also help with issues like reinstating expired rewards. The experience leads customers to return due to the positive customer service.

The Sales People in Verona are the absolute best. They are always available and helpful and extremely nice. I like the cat rescue set up in the front of the store. They have plenty of small size shopping carts. They have to put a ramp on the curb in front of the door. The one they have is too far away.
