“Huge shoprite in the same lot as bestbuy, dollar tree, foot locker, and several other stores. This shoprite has a huge salad bar as well as a huge hot bar. It's tasty and well stocked. Out of all the shoprites I've been too this one takes the cake as well as the belleville location, west orange, and kearny! These locations need to be 24hr locations.”
“Great strip mall. So much to do here from the grocery store , clothing stores, a pizzeria , ice cream store, home made candy, a ATT store and a Chinese restaurant. The strip still looks great all these years. No real changes the best place is the homemade candy store”
“Why would you go anywhere else when you have everything you need? Nice, safe and hufe parking with all you need at a walking distance, either on thebpkaza itself or very close : UPS, CVS, Farmer's market, dollar tree, liquor store, burger restaurant, pizza, bakery, bagel, USPS, jewelery, .... i can't list everything sorry, there's too much ! And on top of that, you have the Buchmuller oark on the other side of the street. Not to forget the plaza is rounded by 2 gaz stations !!! So really, you gonna miss it?”
“The best stocked Hobby Shop in the state of NJ is located here. Tech Toys is a wonderland of model kits, road race and R/C vehicles. The owner, Jim, and his staff seem to know everything you would need to know yourself to make informed decisions and the selections are massive. Honestly, even though I'm retired I would take a job here just to be near the toys I love so much. Please give this place a look and I guarantee you will not leave empty handed.”

“Went to a movie at the AMC theater. There is plenty of parking. If you are interested in eating or shopping for clothes you have several in the strip mall. Also, there is a large, well stocked Shoprite in the same strip mall”
“It's a shame that in this area, when a lot of rain falls, the access roads and the main street all flood, because right behind it is the Passaic River that overflows. The other time I wanted to go to At home, I couldn't get to the Willibrow bvl as it was done by boat.”

“Went to the Costco's in the back and was relatively busy... for small shopping complex it goes packet punch was busy so parking sometimes may be a little scarce but if not not afraid to work you can always park towards the back”
“To be honest, I simply go to this Plaza for the Starbucks. This Starbucks in particular is very consistent and always gets my coffee right. The barista‘s have exceptional customer service skills. They are very nice and it is a pleasure to visit the Starbucks. If I would have a reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase for example, if you trying a new flavor, they will change it for you which I’m not sure if that is a Starbucks policy but it just feels like they are genuinely interested in you liking your drink.”

“Small mall in town has a nice bridal shop, ice cream place, Italian restaurant, clothing stores, and a few other businesses. A friend lives upstairs in one of their condos with a rooftop deck and pool. Very nice, very convenient. Numbering system of buildings is crazy so you should park and walk around the mall to find things.”
“Definitely easy to navigate to the stores plenty of easy to follow signs. Have two good restaurants didn't try bask46, they have everything you see at other strip malls. But overall definitely worth coming back especially for imperial restaurant 46.”

“July 2023 Dave's Hot Chicken now occupies the Roll Inspiration store that was empty for quite a while.July 2022 The Starbucks in the same parking lot is currently in a remodel stage and will be opening again I believe by the end of summer. This location still has only one empty store, that is the Roll Inspiration restaurant. Recently added was a Five Guys restaurant.November 2016. Currently this location has two empty stores as the violin store the furniture have moved out.that said the mall is still well diverse they have a Petco,a HomeGoods, a Chengdu 23, a Mikes sub sub shop a pizza place and a sushi restaurant. it will be interesting to see what moves into those two empty locations.this location is located on Route 23 South just before you get to the Lowe's movie theater. Parking is very good there always seems to be plenty of parking spaces available there's a Starbucks in walking distance to the mall on the other side of the parking lot.The entrance if you were driving south on Route 23 can be a little bit tough, as you have just passed through the first traffic light and the entrance to is pretty close to that light because people are and to drive too close to your bumper. so make sure you signal right after the traffic light and watch your rearview mirror. you could also make the right at the next light and use the entrance on the other edge of the mall just after the Starbucks.”
