“Ran over something that stuck in my tire causing an air leak. Stopped by several chains and was told to wait several hours or make an appointment, which was no guarantee my car would be worked on at that time! Stopped by Claridge Sunoco and Elyse was doing double duty manning the desk and pumping gas! She asked, I'm guessing Tim, if he could repair my tire. He stopped working on the car in the bay and immediately tended to my car! While I didn't time it, I was probably there 30 minutes from pulling in to driving away! Both Elyce and Tim were pleasant and if I didn't live so far away I would consider them for repair work! If you've got a flat, check out the local gas station for repair, don't bother with the big chains, and if near Verona, visit Claridge Sunoco!”

“Great, solid work. Highly recommended. Sam is great, outstanding customer service. These guys do honest work for great prices, they don't try to rip you off. Recently got work done and was quoted $200 less than my normal mechanic quoted me. And they proceeded to deliver a great job as well. Will likely be using them as my regular mechanic now.The only thing I will mention is that when I picked up my car, there seemed to be some grease/oil stains left on the tires, tire rims, and on a small portion of the hood that I had to clean. Likely just from when they were doing the repair. Not a huge deal, just something for them to keep a lookout for. Overall 5 stars though, really liked this place.”

“Got help for coordinaing a last minute pickup and from the office with the help of Renee to the driver Bruce Jr and between them both they got the shipment seamlessly taken care of from pickup to delivery asap.The unit that needed to be shipped was a beast. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice.
