We drove from Staten Island, upon entering the workers were dry but once they found out it was her birthday and that my little girl was obsessed with dinosaurs and names them all they were super attentive and generous! Even gave both my kids a gift! Found some super cool toys and gifts including this slushie squishmellow! ❤️”
“Excellent engaged staff. Finally have Starbucks and B&N fully integrated. Sorry to see the loss of a floor. Loved how they got me a book I needed in a day or two that Amazon -didn't have...and no pressure to buy it. So, i read 1/2 in the store and enjoyed it enough to take it home. Great experience!! “Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”
“Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. Great people. Thank you again!”

“Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!”
“Who doesn't love a bookstore! Thank goodness BN still exists! Otherwise, I would not be able to share my love of books and bookstores with my grandchildren. The best part for all of us (well, for me) is the toy section (telescopes, microscopes, you name it, it's there). The Grands also loved the children's book selections.
I must also mention the staff! They were very helpful and pleasant. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, I must give compliments where they are due! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!

“My husband Mike and I have been going to Level 1 Games for Magic the Gathering Commander nights on Thursdays and Saturdays for the past 6 months now. We love the friendly and welcoming community that Em, Cynthia, and the rest of the Level 1 team have fostered and have a blast every time we go!
Whenever we are looking to buy new cards and new decks, the customer service experience is professional and personal, and they have a great amount of inventory to choose from weekly. And they have all the best accessories like sleeves and deck boxes to choose from too!
We would recommend Level 1 to any MTG players out there looking for a truly fun and kind community that will accept them at any experience level they are at. We are so grateful to have found Level 1 Games and look forward to being a part of the community here for a long time ?”

“As you enter you feel the vibes of books. That is the first thing I loved about this library, was the romantic section since I love reading romance! The staff members were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with a specific book I was looking for. Then, the Spanish books were nice and had a good variety of genres. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it doesn’t have a restroom for customers.”

“Kind of jammed with boxes, one of two registers didn't work and they over charged me for something with the sticker clearly marked. Wasn't the best experience.
Update- Much better! I'm happy these didn't have self checkout, like the other location near us. Fun stock of stuff you want but don't need, polite staff and clean store.”

“I can't stress enough how we need to support local toy stores like Jabberwocky. Nothing beats walking into a toy store and feeling the items on hand. Yes it may be cheaper on Amazon but I want my kids to have that toy store experience that I had as a kid and picking out something they want. I come here every so often to support these guys. They also do gift wrapping.”

“This was my first purchase with Camp Stuff 4 Less - it was an amazing experience! I ordered two personalized items and they arrived how I ordered them. However, when they arrived I realized that I didn’t choose the correct color vinyl for a folding chair. Lori was beyond generous and offered for me to send the chair back and they would fix it! Again - this wasn’t their mistake, it was my mistake as I choose the wrong color. Excellent communication and customer service! I’m so appreciative!”

“I have collected Breyer Model Horses since I was 4 years old in 1969. That is over 50 years. As a Child growing up here in Canada, finding Breyers is not as easy as in the USA. After getting married in 1989, we went to Florida for our Honeymoon. What did I want to do? Find Breyers, and I did. It is amazing how these plastic horses can make someone so happy. Now, 53 years later, I have a collection of over 500 or so Breyer models. Of all sizes, from tiny Stablemates and Minny Whinnys to the Traditional ones that I cherish with all of my heart. I want to send a HUGE shoutout to the FABULOUS Customer Service that I receive from Christine at Breyer. She always goes over and above the Norm when it comes to CS.
