I have not been in awhile due to illness and surgery but will be returning within a couple weeks. I have always had a great experience in each class I took. Each instructor had their own special way of teaching the class and I enjoyed the variety.
Verona Yoga is a boutique yoga studio, at a new location: 569 Bloomfield Avenue. In-studio vinyasa and restorative classes for absolute beginners, beginners and more advanced students. Our teachers are highly experienced yogis, truly compassionate people and deeply passionate about the practice. We love to share this transformative experience of mind/body benefits with students in the Essex County, NJ area. Small class sizes. Non-hot studio. Complimentary mats + props. The only virtual class is Saturday @ 8:45, live-streamed from the studio. The remainder are in studio. We typically hold summer outdoor classes in Verona Park.
Corporate on site yoga classes for employees and wellness fairs. One to one private lessons in-home or studio.
