Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have been waiting on a credit since february. After many calls and in person conversations with Eliza its now june and my credit has not been applied and now I'm getting attitude from her.
Do not come to this store, they will tell you they will waive fees and give you credit just to get you to get a new line and never actually do it.
Update: its been 3 weeks ,I have emailed the owner, spoke many times with customer service and I have not been able to reach a manager, Shantel and Eliza lied to me, saying that the manager will fix my issue the same day and still no solution has been offered.
Shantel kicked me out of the store with my 1 year old baby for requesting to speak to the manager , and told me that Eliza is now a manager, so why hasnt she been able to help me in the last 4 months? .
If they dont treat customers kidly they should not work with customers at all.

So the one person that worked there seemed irrated to be working...not very helpful....also this isn't my first time dealing with them there...and everytime they seem like they don't want to be there. If I were you I would find a different att store to visit

Very dissatisfied, very unprofessional. Every time I have gone, a person named SHANTEL gives me very uncomfortable gestures and faces. Bad attitude and she is on her personal cellphone all the time but if you tell her that you are in a bit of a hurry so she can concentrate on doing her work she ends up getting upset and babbling unpleasant words like saying that someone is rushing her. Horrible gestures that far from calming the situation, as a client I end up even more stressed out with doubts about my plan that are not answered, with more stress because I know that what I pay each month is not a small thing. And above all I had the most uncomfortable feeling of my life because she does that right in front of you texting who knows who with the excuse that she is texting with her manager. Honestly, if they don't like their job, I don't understand why they have to take it out on AT&T customers. I currently have 3 lines and I have been a customer for almost 4 years. Very disappointed! This happened on Saturday April 27, 2024
On the other hand Mr. Dylan is the best person and very professional being quite honest ? and I have not had the pleasure of being serviced by the manager so I cannot say much about it.

Visiting the West Landis branch of Attits always a pleasure, this branch is always welcoming and well trained into Excellent customer service, i would like to mention a few names Shantel, Shayla and Dylan you guys are awesome. you guys are the kind of people Att need in all there stores. I went to other stores and never had the kind of service that you guys provided you guys went above and beyond for your customers. please keep up the good work that you are doing. Thank you all for your help.

Shoutout to Kailey! She was amazing, patient, friendly and super informative and reliable! I came into the store for a SIM card swap and she went out of her way to inform me of a new promotion that they had going on that would bring my bill down monthly. She took the time to write out a quote and explain all the details to me. Next day I came in and got on the new plan and she helped me save money! Super professional and personable!

Best AT&T store ive ever visited! The employees were very welcoming. Helped me every step of the way and got me out the door pretty quick. I will literally drive an hour out of my way just to come to this store.

My husband’s phone was having technical issues. Keiley the store manager had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes.Our experience with this store was extremely pleasant and the staff was very responsive and professional.Well done we will be back as continued customers!!Highly recommend!

Great experience! I usually don’t write reviews but I had to take the time to thank Chantel for going above and beyond! I was very nervous switching cellphone carriers, however she carefully explained the process and answered all my questions! AT&T has provided me great service.

The manager treated me like I didn’t deserve human decency. She yelled at me and slammed my phone at me. I needed simple help and she made me feel like I didn’t matter. I wish there was a way to report her to who ever is above her, no one should be treated as such.

The girl there today, didn't want to get up from her phone to help me. Then refused to help me when I answered her question of where am I getting a phone from with Taco Bell( happen to be the first store I saw out the window.
