Went in to upgrade our phones and walked out with brand new phones! Linda was our rep that helped us with everything we came into for and we left there fully satisfied! We had our 3 year old with us and not only did she interacted with us but also with him and it made the process go a lot smoother. Linda will be our rep now for any future purchases THANK YOU!!

I went there to get a new phone and plan and linda was there to lend a helping hand and she amazing! she talked me through everything and answered and explaining any questions i had! highly recommend visiting her if you ever have any issues or questions

Adrian was great. He made our visit/ experience top tier. He interacted with all of us and was very patient with us ( I had my two teenage daughters). He gave us exactly what we all wanted. He kept us entertained and also listened to what we wanted and needed. He DELIVERED. Yessica was very informative and answered all of our questions and the candy was the best. Adrian and Yessica are both very valuable assets to AT&T.

Richie and trainee Ernesto were so great and professional and helped me get a new phone that I really needed. The manager, Yessica was there to make sure I got all the discounts and credits I deserved from being a long time customer and Samsung user. 10/10 would always recommend everyone going to the Vineland AT&T location inside the Cumberland Mall. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you.

Adrian was amazing hands down! Answered all my questions and was extremely professional and polite! He took his time with me and made sure to explain and break everything down for me. Manny also came over and was a great assistance! If I could leave 100 stars I would! awesome staff and great experience !!!!

I don't usually do these, but Sue R. was amazing hands down!! She let me take my time in getting my upgrade and she also helped port a line. I took up alot of her time but she was never unpleasant and she was very informative. I look forward to dealing with Sue in the future!! You have a wonderful employee there!!!

Ask to better deal and phone service start 10 of month so no issue with overcharging or prorated but still I am phone 3 time to fixing phone bill

Our rep Larry was so patient & kind. He was very informative & even shared about promotions & it made my husband & oldest daughter get upgrades. If he didn't share that info, it would have just been me with my new phone. Even while we were waiting for the transfer data to new phone he was taking to us making small talk. The other staff members were nice too. Also it was 1 hrs before closing but bc my husband & kid was indecisive at first. I only got the phone but once we left got in car then they decided to get it. So we went back so it was like 20min before close & not even one staff members gave any attitude just kindness.

Tracey the store manager made the experience unpleasant. Only cares about making money and trying to upsell you. Very unpleasant experience. I’ve been with att for years. Have 7 lines. I won’t return to a store she manages.

Great service , always a greeting the minute you set in the door. Since buying our phones there we purchased the lifetime screen savers. They have saved my phone screen repeatedly and it’s replaced with a smile every time!!!
