Yesterday I took two different key fobs to get a new battery to both Advance Auto and Auto Zone.
By far Advance Auto had a better service. Gentlemen took time to open up the key, let me know which battery it was and install a new battery.
Auto Zone on the other hand gave rude customer service. He was condescending and when I reminded him of the importance of customer service I guess he remembered he is working in a service industry.
Go to Advance Auto and get better customer service.

Came into AutoZone bc I needed to change my oil and replace my wiper blades. When I walked in Keileesha met me then with my vin number she looked up my truck, explained options and the STP promotion. Picked out the oil, oil filter, air filter, windshield washer fluid and wiper blades and brought them up to the check out for me. Great service and will come back next time and ask for her!

Walked in 1 person behind counter helping customer so I walked to the commercial desk because I saw 3 workers doing nothing and they sent me back to the other counter instead of helping me. Pure laziness! Never see me again LOSERS

Me and my fiancé came here because his check engine light came on. The employee was very nice but he just didn’t know where to find the Data link connecter which I don’t think was his fault but just lack of proper training. But my main concern was the manager, she was being really ignorant and rude to the employee. You are a manager, your suppose to lead and make sure the employees exceed in everything but she was just being very rude and that is extremely unprofessional. They should seriously have a talk with her so she can treat them better or find another manager. Unacceptable!
