One time stop just moved into the area very nice teller. The branch manager was a very nice soft spoken young lady.I will go back and open an account there once I am settled.

With appointment you get barely half of a workers attention and things that should take 10 mins takes an hour. if you would like easy banking go somewhere else, you will be waiting around without help for a long time at this branch.

I called them five times at 1 o’clock at the Vineland location on delsea on Saturday and nobody answered. Wouldn’t even let me leave a voice mail. I need in person assistance not through the app. I did try prior to calling.

The hours posted on the door say 9am to 4pm, but they close the doors around 3:30-3:40, so really those arent the hours. I guess the employees want to be in their cars by 4pm.

This bank should be shut down and all the workers fired. It's the worst. Don't try to call anyone with a question they never return calls. If you need to speak to a person in person. Don't just show up. You need to make an " appointment " and when you do make one , there either not there or you have to wait for 30-40 min.Awful place

Great customer service . Helped me get funds out from a go fund me with no problem after another branch gave me nothing but attitude . So thankful for an easy transaction !

Been with BofA for 25 yrs. Deposit 3 payroll checks . One sent back stating MICR was missing. I showed them copy of the printed check I made prior to depositing it. BofA ruined my check and doesn't take responsibility. Very unhappy customer!

Leaving the place DISGUSTED. Firstly, I sat for like 20 minutes, no one was there to help. I left and came back after a while to seek help again. Their app shows misleading numbers. Screws up small businesses. They made money out of my business twice by charging fees in the name of overdrafting on misleading wrong account balance numbers. I was literally told to write down my everyday transactions on paper old way to keep track because BoA app and site shows misleading balance info. TD is way better. I don't know why did I select this bank for my business. Repenting...
