There's a total of 12 pumps and they only open 6 of them. Out of that 6, 1-2 pumps don't work. So you aww left with 4 pumps and that keeps all cars waiting on line. Also it gives the opportunity to the staff to play games on their phone. Maybe BJ's should find a good manager who know what they are doing. Or learn from Costco.

Gas station needs updating, all other bj,s can scan my phone except this one- and lines are long in store and gas..

Been sitting in line four 22 minutes while pumps barely move in front of me because of lots of cars, if BJ's cars so little about the customer that they will not invest in a better delivery system that can handle busy days then I'll shop elsewhere, ridiculous as it gets !

There is a line of 17 cars and only ONE GAS ATTENDANT and he's so slow, really just taking his time.
BJ's needs to hire and schedule more gas attendants to work during operating hours so the wait time to get gas isn't 20+ minutes in line.

The young man working today named Will had an extra pep in his step. Never seen the line move so fast. Also he was very polite which was refreshing at a gas pump.

A little cheaper but the 20+ minutes wait is not worth it. The station has four islands of four pumps. At most one and a half islands are open. Why two attendants cannot handle more is puzzling. Suggest the BP station on NJ47 just north of College Dr.

Let me start by saying the prices are great, consistently better than the other places around. That’s where it ends. I’m not sure if they can’t find employees, but there is always a ridiculous line. They have three sets of pumps, consisting of two units in each lane, giving a total of twelve pumps. There are never more than half of them in operation.

Always busy ..they could use more help on the busier days, which seems like every day lately

Never been here before today... Grossly understaffed facility, as NJ doesn't allow Self-service / Self-pumping of fuel. If you're a line-loving Liveral this IS your place to go. Cheapest fuel price in the area, and since your time is pretty much worthless, you'll waste plenty here! Sorry to have returned to this over-mothering State. Makes my skin crawl being in the midst of people who think this is normal ...and I can't wait to leave again!

The gas and prices are always good but the staff today was the worst service i have ever had. He had the worst attitude and no manners what so ever. No thank you or you’re welcome. No words were exchanged and he had the worst look on his face. Do better gas staff.

I don’t mind waiting in line for gas, but when you wait for more than 20 minutes and there is only one car in front of you in line and the attendant decides to close the one pump open in your lane it gets kind of infuriating. This is how my visit went today. He expected everyone to go back around and get back in line behind the pump he just opened. I understand having to do this, but there has to be a better way. And also, why is there only one person on the pumps at 1:00 in the afternoon??? There should never be just one person there for safety reasons. BJ’s is definitely falling behind here!

The prices are good. The people who work here are incompetent at best. We have an entire gas station and looks like one maybe two guys working. Most of the pumps are closed. I've been here 15 minutes and I've moved up two cars

1 person working 6 pumps!!!! BJ's should be ashamed of themselves. The young man is running around doing the best he can.

Special shout out to Anthony. What a wonderful guy. BJs is lucky to have him. Helped my disabled wife with a very large, heavy order. Got the items down from the top shelf, took them up front for her and even went out with her and loaded her car. These days, most people don't even want to work and have poor attitudes. Anthony proves there are still good people out there. He definitely deserves recognition and a raise.
