Today was my first visit to Dr Taketoshi and her wonderful staff. I have a very scared (screaming, paws flailing, hiding) adult PittBull-Sharpei Mix. I was sure with the screaming and the paws flailing we were going to be told to go home. They were so gentle with my Harley going as far as to notice when he was being too rough with me in his escape attempts. The doctor and her staff were so patient and kind. They kept stopping to reassure him and me. And their prices are really not bad. I walked out with my dog getting ALL THE THINGS including three medications for a ruptured ear drum and 3 months of flea, tick and heart worm meds and I spent less than $400. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their pets there.

Not a vet for rabbits. I didn’t like how the vet picked my sick bunny up by the scruff of her neck. I’ve taken my rabbit to other vets before and she’s never been handled like that. My rabbit was shaking and scared the rest of the day, I feel so bad for her. I was asking for help with my rabbits gi stasis and the vet told me to feed her pineapple and papaya pills. Other vets have given my rabbit gas medicine and appetite medicine to help her recover when she’s gotten this in the past. We just moved from out of state so this was my rabbit’s first visit here and I’ll be calling other vets tomorrow to find someone more experienced with rabbits. The whole situation was upsetting on top of being sad that my pet is sick and I won’t be returning.

If you love your pet, and want real veterinary care, do not PLEASE do not go to this establishment. They moved their office to Landis Avenue in Vineland, due to the horrible conditions of the last building. This woman and her husband should have had their licenses taken away years ago. Of given one at all. I had so many red flags that I ignored and my poor cat was collateral damage, records fabricated afterwards, please go somewhere else. Wish I had payed attention to the negative reviews before hand because he would still be here.

First time client going in for an annual visit and they tried to quote me $700 worth of services on an otherwise healthy animal. Took animal to my previous vet and what was quoted was laughed at and resolved with a $50 medication. Can’t forget to add the employees sitting in the parking lot getting high. Real professional.

The staff was nice but they don't let you go back with your pet. They had a mix up with my pet's vaccines which caused some confusion. They didn't realize the mix up until I pointed it out. I normally had to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes in the waiting room for my pet to be seen. It seems like they charged a lot more than other vets. I just got a bad feeling overall and won't bring my pet back.

Great experience here, had my older dogs coming here from when I was a little girl, and now have my pup here. They treated him and us fairly and super sweet! ??

I brought my beautiful 5 yr old feral cat for a UTI blockage, was told he would be there for 4 days. He was doing great, eating, getting upset he wasn't home. I was supposed to pick him up in the morning. My cat is dead. Was told they had to give him more liquid valium to calm him down. Blamed it on a heart attack?! He was overdosed clearly…I’m devastated and have so much guilt for leaving him there. PLEASE don’t bring your pets there.

Killed my perfectly healthy 5yr old cat by giving him way to much Valium, and manhandled my poor baby. Also gave him vaccines without my consent. Inconsistent story as to why he passed, blaming the animal. Then charged me $1,600. My best friend would still be here with me if I didn't take him to a vet at all. All he had was a UTI. DR is desperate for money. This place is so shady. They won't give me the records. Please file a complaint with the state and nvma if you also had these issues. I am contemplating legal action.

Took my dog there because he got hurt. When I tried to tell the guy behind the counter what happened he asked if we had an appointment. When I said no he snapped back "We don't do walk ins. He was very rude and unprofessional. Will never go back there again.
