Came back a second time a month later for some follow up, after having another issue. I needed my pc back that evening due to having a ton of college and work related things to get done (my field is rather trying)

Despite Josh's workload, he made every attempt to get it to me that night, and did. He went through every troubleshooting option possible, and they didn't even charge me for it. It's impossible to overstate how good these guys are, their incredible work ethic, and how legitimately kind they are.
