Dicks has the best clothing inside the Cumberland Mall. There are so many nice items that are at Dicks Sporting Goods. I enjoyed shopping there because all the rest of the stores really didn't have many clothing items I liked. Dicks Sporting Goods also has a nice selection of footwear, hats,bicycles, golf clubs, tents, sunglasses, reading cards, kids apparel and since we are in the Philadelphia area Dicks has so much Eagles and Phillies clothing. . The store was very clean and all the employees were smiling and helping all the customers. If you're a Philadelphia Eagles fan or Philadelphia Phillies fan then you should stop into Dicks Sporting Goods because they had so many Philadelphia Eagles products with the Superbowl logo on them.The store was busy and so many customers were shopping. The one thing I love about this Dicks Sporting Goods store is the employees.

They Have Specialized Employees For Different Sports I Needed Track Shoes And A Track Employee Helped Me. It Had Its Own Store Before But Moved To Mall.

Honestly pretty terrible service. They either hire geriatrics that have no idea what they are doing or 17 year old punks that can't admit they are wrong and tell you to leave.
Thank God for online shopping but still be careful if you have to go into the store for pickups and returns. Any mistake they make will be your fault

I went there to exchange defective sneakers in which the stitching was coming off after a single use. The employee who dealt with me proceeded to interrogate me in a condescending tone on who was wearing the shoes, for how long, what were they doing? When I asked to speak to a manager he became Irate, screaming and posturing in front of my 6 week old baby, causing a scene. Even though the manager allowed me to exchange I’m just really disappointed because dick’s is a place I’ve considered Christmas shopping at, but now have anxiety at the thought of returning.

Visited on the afternoon of 11/10, and had the pleasure of meeting Shawn in the shoe department. He helped fit my son with a pair of basketball shoes and was incredibly helpful & sincere. (He even shared some coaching wisdom!) The best customer service I’ve ever received from any Dicks location.

The two men in the shoe department were very helpful on 04/09/2024 around 5pm. Had me in and out with everything I needed in no time. Very knowledgeable and they knew where everything was at.

The store is a bit pricey but have great quality the one cashier I think her name was Cindy she was awesome I asked her whereabouts something was and instead of telling me she walked me over and showed it to me personally and then found a way for me to get a discount she was absolutely awesome

THE STORE WAS NICE WHEN IN MILLVILLE WHY THEY MOVED TO THE MALL I WILL NEVER KNOW. BECAUSE THE STORE IS SLOPPY I DO NOT LIKE THE DISPLAY OF SPORTS EQUIP. THE HELP IS SO RUDE N UNKNOWLEDABLE OF SPORTS PRODUCTS. THE SHOE DEPT IS WAY OVER PRICED N THE PEOPLE IN THAT DEPT. DO NOT KNOW THE MERCHANDISE. IF YOUR GOING TO WORK IN A SPORT STORE KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT WHAT THE STORE IS SELLING. I WONT BE BACK. ANOTHER STORE WASTED.
