Wish I could give zero stars. Never notified the order was delivered. Called the shop was told they would be delivering that day. Never received notification. Called the shop again and now said it was delivered two days prior. Perishable items were delivered to the wrong door and ruined. Called back and was told we have new delivery guy sorry. No refund and No replacement. Please find another business to support and do not waste your money here.

I was given a gift for a special occasion and I must say it was the most beautiful fruit bouquet that I have ever received.The fruit was fresh and delicious, and the arrangement was full. My friend told me that Vanessa in Vineland took care of the order. Thank you.

If I could give 0 I would. I have been an Edible Arrangement customer for many many years. I placed an order last week and have been reaching out to both corporate and the Vineland store since 8/1. SEVEN DAYS! First, I find out my arrangement was delivered without being handed to someone in the middle of summer, which contained fruit. I provided my phone number and the recipient's. Neither of us received a call. Then, I find out it was delivered to the wrong address. This arrangement was for a very sensitive occasion. Super disappointing.Spoke to Marcos twice who clearly had no customer service skills or proper training. He didn't apologize once. Told me his manager wasn't there and he can't reach her, but he would leave a message. The next day I called and spoke to Caitlin who was MUCH NICER. She told me Vanessa wasn't in and would call me back. Day 3, still nothing. Spoke to Marcos again, who still didn't seem to care and didn't really want to be bothered. Again, Vanessa wasn't there.Meanwhile every day I am also calling corporate to get a redelivery or refund. They keep telling me the store manager will reach out within 24 hours. STILL NOTHING! I called again this morning and spoke to Jessica, who actullay took the time to look into the issue. No surprise that the store manager, Vanessa was not in again. Jessica informed me that a refund was issued and I should see it on my statement within a few days.No phone call or email apologizing for the mistake and informing me that a refund was issued. Very poor customer service. If I do decide to give EA another chance, I will be sure it's not coming from Vineland.

Going to door dash my girlfriend chick-fil-a, their customer service is always on point!!!! They don't advertise certain things and not follow through with them

This Mother's Day my Husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries , Mother's Day Flower Bouquet and a couple other things. Chocolate covered strawberries did come but when ask what happened to the rest of the order they told him several things was not in stock and they have 200 orders that also didn't get everything that they ordered and what was they supposed to call all 200 customers and tell them they couldn't complete they order? Yes I would have called and let the customers know they did refund for the other items. It' being Mother's Day Weekend maybe they should have been more stocked. I will not being ordering nothing from them again.

Placed my order 2 weeks in advance and was promised it would be delivered in a certain time frame. I even called to make sure when it would arrive and they once again assured me it would. Well that time came and passed and nothing arrived. I candles to see where my order was at and I said told them at that point I would just come and pick it up. They told me to hold on cause it might be on the truck already for delivery and it wasn't. When I got to the store the girls were rude and didn't care that I had to go out of my way to pick up my order. Never again will I order from them. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered the big day balloon bundle which comes with 6 balloons… I added an extra kiss emoji balloon flowers and card to send to my mom at her adult daycare for her 80th birthday… I was told it was delivered successfully but when my mom got home she had everything except 4 balloons including the kiss emoji… I asked my mom where the other balloons were and she said this was all that came… so to make sure the activity director told my mom that was all the balloons that came(3)! I messaged EA and was told the Vineland office will be getting in touch with me and I haven’t heard anything! These arrangements are NOT cheap! These are ordered for SPECIAL Occasions! Very disappointing because it’s the fact my mom didn’t get what I ordered!

I bought an almost $100 birthday surprise delivery for my girlfriend and it was supposed to include a happy birthday foil balloon for the occasion, although the delivery was prompt and my girlfriend is enjoying the gift, the foil balloon wasn’t included in the delivery… maybe an oversight, it can happen to anyone in a rush, however, when trying to contact the store, it redirects you to customer service and not to the Vineland store directly to state your concerns or arguments… I’ve been on hold for approximately 10 minutes to express my concern only to be told they’ll forward my complaint and have them deliver the missing balloon which states the surprise occasion… this is no way to conduct business and it wasn’t a very sweet experience as they call it on their slogan!!! I’ll never use edible arrangements from Vineland NJ again!!! Thx for nothing

Mothersday flowers had mold on them and nuts were outdated with a date of April, 16, 2022. It is now May? Definatly not worth the $116 spent. Very disappointed. I though long and hard about leaving a negative review for a bussiness in these times, but this isn't a $10 cheeseburger on a random day. This was for a special occasion.

Daughter placed an order for pickup time of 4:00 that was paid for online, got there at 3:59 lights were out a man sitting behind register wouldn't open the door at first, he was steady saying something behind the glass finally when he seen I wasn't going anywhere he came to the door and stated they were closed. I asked "well how am I supposed to get my order that's paid for he told me he didn't know so call corporate. So not professional. I guess that 1 star was for the nice lady that refunded my money the next day with no problem. NEVER AGAIN

Never delivered my gift this is my first Mother’s Day and my husband was disappointed he called corporate and they tried to contact the store nothing my husband said fine I’ll go to the store to get it myself it was 5 pm and guess what the store was closed we are in front of the store they basically took my husband money my husband specifically left a note on order that the order was suppose to be placed in the back door no delivery was made and no phone call was made to reach my husband nor I not even an apology hey we can’t make it whatever total disregard for someone’s special day and hard earned money this store better give my husband a full refund he even paid extra to make today and nothing ! Don’t offer services that you can’t even do ! if you take someone’s money for fast shipping and you don’t deliver it’s theft ! Makes so sense the whole premise of your company/ job is to deliver goods that make people happy and on time and you guys can’t even manage that. Close your store you guys are incompetent I’m writing to corporate.

I give this place a 3/5. Me and my sister walked in while someone was waiting and the lady left. My sister and I continued to wait about 10 minutes while a worker was outside. My sister rang the bell twice after we waited a while. Another lady walked in while waiting and still no one came out. Finally the worker walked inside and told someone to help us. As soon as she said to help us we got our edible arrangement right away. I got the Mother’s Day bundle everything looked great. Until my mother started eating the snacks and the cookies were pretty small. Food was 5/5 great and made like the pictures! The white tray the food came on was cracked which was a little upsetting do to the money I spent on it. Picked up my order today as well around maybe 12pm and it’s now 8pm and one of the balloons has already deflated. Not trying to butcher the place just somethings that could maybe be worked on. Staff was nice when we spoke to them she apologized that no one helped us. I wouldn’t shun this store because I got what I asked for just minor tweaks to be fixed and recognized. I get what it’s like to be short staffed.

My boyfriend has purchased a bouquet for Valentine’s Day. He bought it at least 4 days in advance. With that being said he paid extra to have it delivered to my house on Valentine’s Day. We did not get it on Valentine’s nor did we get our money back. We received it the next day and bouquet was not worth the money he paid, you could clearly see how poorly they are put together. Take my advice and just make them at home instead of purchasing from here, it’s not worth the money
