Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly, energetic, delightful employee named Brenda. The store was clean and very organized. Great Five Below shopping experience!

I Went to this 5below July 1st for some beach towels, and the woman working there Heather was very rude, and had a bad attitude. My daughter, and I went to the car confused, because we did nothing to upset that old lady. I would like to file a complaint with 5below.

The manager was super friendly and was great with kids. I am kicking myself for forgetting his name right now but I think it started with a J. That store is very well kept and the employees seemed to be in good spirits. Huge selection of stuff, I could probably spend a whole day in there looking at all the merchandise. Wide variety too, including Japanese and anime related products.

I don’t have any issues with this location. Seems to always have stock and I’m always greeted when I enter but what’s the point of self check out if the greeter is gonna go out of her way to make sure she does everything and gives herself a rating on the screen. The only thing I was allowed to do on my own was pay lol ya doing too much now. I see why the ratings aren’t where they need to be. Honestly, I would’ve given her the rating she went and gave herself on my behalf because she was nice but she was absolutely doing too much. Idk if it’s because you guys are dealing with a lot of theft but if that’s the case, get ride of self check out and give people back their jobs.

I went to this location for the second time in the last month to get paint supplies with my son and I could not help but feel over watched and just outright followed in every isle my son and I would browse through, yet never was spoken to or asked if I needed assistance. It made me very uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning. Ps: Self checkout isn’t self checkout anymore.
