Bought my daughter a new pair of platform Uggs for her tenth birthday. The young lady that helped us was outgoing and friendly. She was kind enough to give us a military discount so that was very much appreciated! All in all it was a pleasant experience and my daughter is very happy now! The entrance to the store is ♿️ handicap accessible and easy to get threw. There is no restroom here.

It's located in the Cumberland Mall. We visited all the shoe store and eventually bought a pair of Crocks for our Granddaughter at the Foot Locker. The Vans she wanted were not in stock in her size. Some shady explaination about her being the wrong size between girls and women's sizes. I can't believe the customer is the "wrong size." Perhaps you don't carry all sizes?
