This business is very efficient and friendly. Every face was smiling when you walked in the door. They had one of our work vehicles, and they repair the vehicle better then it came from Chevrolet. They even got it done a week beforehand. The services provided during the duration of the repair process was above and beyond. Great place to have work done, we will be returning there with all our collision repairs. I will be recommending repairs of friends and family to go this establishment.

I had my suv done here for the front end and it was damaged a lot. The first time the fixed it I thought it was okay until I drove to Starbucks and my splash guard almost came off it was so loose I thought it would hit a car or worse start a fire. I made it back to Fred's and that's when it came off.
They said they fired the dude who fixed my car because this was his 3rd offense. I mean if you have a business wouldn't you have a supervisor watch over someone with 2 offenses. Then when checking out my car the bottom railing piece to my car was loose and one guy just banged on it and said yeah it's look we need clips. Then the inside of my car sensor on the right was loose. I took it back to get the car fixed. The "professional" paint job they did looked like someone spray painted my. car. Not to mention I asked specifically for them to look over the whole car before I get it back, then I find out my whole car where it was damaged was loose everything in my car is loose. Then they put detailing on my car, which I’ll assume was a distraction from the mess they’ve created. I am a WOMAN and don’t deserve to be treated any less because the men who work here are SEXIST. I have never seen such unprofessional work in my life, especially when people's life's are at risk. I hope that in this review they take the time to start working on bettering themselves for the safety of others and the professional side of this.

unfortunately my car was hit again,but i was fortunate to be able to go to Fred Bianco Auto Body again.they were polite,professional and courteous.they explained the process of getting estimate to dropping car off within a few days.i received emails with estimated finish dates.they made an bad situation manageable.i highly reccommend this business.
