The body lotion was empty. I would recommend having magazines or books with translations into English and Spanish. The rest is all good and pretty.Recomendado, buen servicio. Cool.

The electric had been out at home for a day, so we decided to stay at a hotel for the night. The Holiday Inn Express was close to home, and the nightly rate was midpriced for the hotels in the area. We reserved a room early that afternoon. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was a double queen. It was nice and clean. The hotel has an indoor pool with a spa. The spa was closed for maintenance. Around 11:30 at night, the fire alarm went off. We had to wait for the fire department to show up for the alarm to be turned off. Breakfast in the morning was good, I feel above average than some other hotel breakfasts I have had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Vineland, NJ! The room was clean and very nicely organized! We especially, loved the breakfasts that were put together by Dianna! The food was hot, the sausages were tender, the pancake maker was working wonderfully! The coffee was always fresh and nice and hot! Dianna was always available to answer questions and she was constantly cleaning the tables. She was very friendly to everyone that came in for breakfast! Dianna is a TOP NOTCH employee!!!Rooms: Excellent and clean!Food & drinks: Fabulous breakfasts by Dianna!

I booked several nights with holiday inn at 398 smith street in Vineland. The rooms are always clean whenever I first check in. However, when I stay a couple days in a row and arrive to my room the next day after check in and the days after that, it is never clean. The housekeeping service is very poor. They never replace toilet rolls, never replace coffee pods, never take the trash out, and never make the beds. I have had this experience every time I book with this hotel. I have complained several times with the front desk and the service hasn’t improved at all. I am very unsatisfied regarding my stays.

Clean, enough space in the room, beds are okay, big tv good selection of channels, there are bathtubs available but they’re super tiny and okay amount of storage I enjoy the counter space personally and there was plenty! Breakfast was great if you don’t have dietary restrictions and was included in the price. We personally paid $139USD per night for 3 nights; a little over priced in my opinion but would be a great value for anything less than $100Personal recommendations: Smart TVs offering Netflix and/or Disney. Holiday Inn offers Dove soap, lotion and shampoo and I hate it! I would love to see a more friendly line of products offered; something everyone can use like children or people with sensitive skin.Overall enjoyed my stay and I would come back!

Staff is nice, but when I booked the room they failed to inform us the hotel is currently undergoing renovations… front desk says it is listed on their 3rd parties website, but I was not able to locate nor on my confirmation email. Extremely hard to sleep and very inconsiderate from management to allow them to begin working at 7am. I was going to extend my stay but unfortunately will need to find another hotel so I can sleep! Renovations have been going on since January, so if you love heavy machinery and lack of sleep, YOU FOUND THE RIGHT ONE!

Newly renovated rooms are great. Comfortable bed, great pillows (similar to Double Tree) and plenty of outlets. Lots of restaurants nearby. I don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Thankfully we only needed to stay here for one night because our room was just gross. There was a bar of soap in our shower that looked like it had been placed there 18 years ago. The whole bathroom was outdated and looked like it could implode at any moment. The hairdryer sounded like a lawnmower. Dust was everywhere. See photos where my kids were able to draw stick figures in the dust on the dresser. The carpet was disgusting. Really hope room 226 is renovated soon.

Booked a reservation at this hotel with hopes of enjoying our time here and getting to enjoy the pool and hot tub that they advertise so much. Got here, checked in, and when we finally go down to the pool the lady looks at us and says "Oh i'm sorry there's no pool". I was shocked to hear because then why would you advertise a pool and hot tub, that is the main reason why we booked this hotel, or else we could've easily gone somewhere else that was cheaper and has no pool. Im just angry to have found out when I got here that they're "renovating" their pool. Im truly disappointed. They should make it clear that their pool isn't available then.

I was supposed to stay here for a week . When I got there I found that they are making renovations which are definitely needed .No hot Breakfast at the moment. The carpet on the 2nd floor smells terrible I was nauseous for the entire day that I was there because I did end up switching hotels. The color in my room was outdated and blinds were torn .Staff are great but everything else... I would not spend my hard earned money here just yet , I wish them success in the future.

I sadly realized too late I booked the wrong HIE. We normally stay at the one in Williamstown which is amazing. Of course I walk into this one and there's loud construction and there's no free hot breakfast.... because that's what they're gutting right now.
