Well, the office opened at 6 AM. It is now 6:30 with over 30 people crowded in the waiting area. They have not called back even one person yet. The area keeps getting more and more crowded. Perhaps a reevaluation of patient flow should be considered. Reducing the number of patients in the waiting room is a good goal. It is Monday, 1/8/24.

Monique at the front desk is always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Phlebomist Teiera is one of the best in this office, I never felt the needle being inserted.Teiera is also kind and very concerned with her patient. Thank you for making the experience so easy.

The office opens at 6 AM. We'll, it is now 645 AM and over 30 people in the waiting area. They have not called a single person back yet for their lab work. More and more people are coming in and no one is called back. People are standing because seats are not available. This is definitely unsafe!!!! The flow of patient care should be changed.

I give 2 stars just because the phlebotomist are very nice and professional. They should have a person helping those people that dont know about technology to check in specially the elders . And they should have a handicap door . They get a lot of people who can't walk very well and wheelchairs .I understand that the lady at the front desk have to do her work and stay at her position . But me I couldn't just sit behind a desk and not get up and help those who can't walk or those who needs help signing in on the tablet. I think they need someone there helping in the waiting room .

If I could give this place a 0 I would. If you are lucky you might have 1 person who is friendly. Don't ask questions or you will get an attitude. I'm looking into going to another facility. I only go to this LabCorp because of convenience but I will take a trip to have a friendly staff and smiles. FYI it's 7:30am too early for attitudes. Crazy thing is I called the number and reported this location but it hasn't change. According to what I'm reading I'm not the only one with this problem smh Better Customer Service !!!

Regarding customer contact using phone messages nobody answers the phone or returns voice messages. Need to upgrade the system or have online chat repavailable to answer questions.

Monique is the ULTIMATE professional. As busy as she was (NON STOP) she graciously & with class got me through to me, a cell phone sign in crisis. Without her help I was out the door. Her efficiency is second to none.

Walk-ins get priority over appointments.... What's the point of even scheduling one?? Save yourself some time and walk in. No need to schedule anything.

Just and excellent experience overall. From the lady at the front desk being so kind and professional to the two ladies who helped with the blood draw from my two year old. I asked for their names and forgot them already. Thank you for being so efficient and understanding. I was impressed since nowadays getting amazing service is hard to find. Thanks Again!
